We had a nice stay at Alicia's. It suited our family of 4 well, within walking distance to a great playground and a short walk to the beach. Convenient to shops and amenities. Lots of beach gear and toys, including surf boards. Kitchen is well supplied and the grill was a bonus. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, however the second bedroom mattress should be replaced (very soft and sinks in) and the bathrooms need updating.

The house is located in a great location near enough to everything we wanted to do. It was a very cozy home and the bed was extremely comfortable! The only issue we had was the WiFi was disconnected and the network listed was unavailable when we arrived. I notified the host the night we arrived, but they did not respond until the next day after I had already set it up myself using a different network than the one listed in the instructions/guest book. All in all, a nice cozy home and in a great location for exploring OBX!

This place met our needs well. Our host Alicia was very proactive in giving us all the instructions we needed and even offered a later checkout which was very nice. I highly recommend her hospitality.

We had a great stay- Alicia and Jay are amazing hosts- flexible, helpful, and responsive! The house is centrally located to awesome restaurants, walking trails, and beach access points (free to park). There is a coffee shop literally across the street (Wake and Take). The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We grew up going to Nags Head and this was one of our best trips- thank you!
