We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The setting is perfect. It’s perched up on a hill overlooking the mouth of the LeHave - a perfect vantage point for watching the lobster boats come and go throughout the day. The a-frame itself is an exceptional piece of craftsmanship. Everywhere you look you notice examples of highly skilled carpentry at work. It’s truly beautiful. The property is nicely furnished and includes a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed a couple of great meals and felt like all of the tools we needed were at our disposal. We loved the record collection and spent the majority of our time there listening to classic albums while reading and tending to the fire. The location of the property is ideal. Only 90 minutes from the city and situated only five minutes from the LeHave Bakery and Plowman’s Lunch - two of our favourite bakeries/restaurants in the province. Crescent Beach is only a stone’s throw from Plowman’s and is perfect for a long walk. Book your stay!
