…Mould in 3 bathrooms. False advertising, not 2 kings, not 2 master suites. Filthy walls, filthy blinds, filthy air intake vents, mouldy washer, fire hazard dryer. Garbage not taken out. Kitchen and bed sheets and towels were clean. Location was good to Disneyland. No action taken from owner or rental manager despite communication and showing photos of mould and unclean spaces and false advertising.…

…What a gem! My family and I gathered here from across the country for Grandpa’s funeral and wake. From the moment we arrived we felt at easy. Michael has thought of everything to make a stay at his place easy and welcoming. The kitchen was ready for us after a deep sea fishing trip- we caught all sorts of fish and cooked them up at the house. The beach was basically across the street- we enjoyed views from the roof deck and strolls on the sea side. Need anything- no worries! Beach supplies- ✅ coffee-✅ comfortable beds ✅ All in all- a five star stay. If I’m in the area again I’d definitely stay at Mike’s place.…

…Fantastic last minute stay due to having emergency repairs done at our home. Check in and entry was very easy due to the clear instructions provided. The complex was super clean and quiet with lots of things to do within walking distance. What started as an emergency stay turned out to be a mini vacation due to this immaculate and comfortable space! We will definitely stay at Michael’s properties again and will recommend to our friends and family.…
