I had a great stay at Eddie’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Eddie was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Eddie’s place to anyone visiting the area. Eddie was a great host with good communication. The apartment worked great for me and my wine and we were 15-30 minutes from loads of things.

Eddie and Shayla‘s Airbnb was just perfect for me. I stayed a month and very much enjoyed being in this residential neighborhood and Cataño, which is a suburb of San Juan. The house has all the amenities pluse Eddie and Shayla provided beach towels and beach chairs. They responded quickly to all my inquiries. I came when the entire region of San Juan was experiencing water outage. Although Cataño initially did not have a water outage, Eddie quickly installed a 600 gallon cistern on the roof when it did. I was very lucky, unlike most people in the region, that I had water within 12 hours because of Eddie’s quick response. It's important to know that, unfortunately, the island's infrastructure is neglected by the federal govt. The parking spot is on a curb, but it was almost always available. The outside balcony is covered and yet open air and well lit. The indoor decor is lovely. The location is an authentic Puerto Rican neighborhood, mostly residential, with normal noises.

Beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally clean—exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, close to Isla Tortuga and surrounded by many interesting places to explore. It's in a quiet and very safe area. Eddie was always available to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even better. One of the things we loved most was that the apartment was fully equipped with everything you need for a beach day, including beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, a portable speaker, and board games. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great choice. We would definitely recommend it!
