Enjoyed our stay here specially since we got the Penthouse! Very roomy, great view and complete amenities including the bath but the caretaker instructed us to not touch one of the aircon as its not working properly so its stuck at 24°C, there’s 2 aircons but 1 is not enough specially with the space and the blistering heat. We tried using the fan but the fan is kinda broken too, the wiring needs to be fix but it works nonetheless if you position it correctly. Everything is perfect except for the airconditioner. Definitely will book again.

We had such a wonderful stay here to celebrate our son’s birthday! The place is beautiful, surrounded by lots of trees and greenery, which made it feel very relaxing and refreshing. There are so many activities to enjoy like pickleball, basketball, swimming, foosball, and air hockey, so the kids had an absolute blast. The staff were very responsive, kind, and respectful throughout our stay. Our unit (Villa 1) was clean, spacious, and really well-maintained. We also loved the bonfire experience (with s’mores kit available for a fee), it was a great touch for a special family night. Highly recommended for families! Just a small suggestion: adding lights near the pickleball court would make night games even better. We will definitely be back! 💛

We had such a relaxing stay! The entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We’re already planning to come back and stay for a much longer period next time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to relax and unwind away from the busy city. David was a great host, very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The location is also great if you’re looking for a quiet getaway while still being close to the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend David’s place to anyone visiting Lipa. We would gladly stay here again!
