Wonderful location, you are close to the airport, and you can beat the traffic from downtown Sto Dgo. The place is beautifully furnished, just as the pictures, very clean and felt secure. The only minor thing is that there is no hot water. Still, it is a great great value. Natalia was very responsive and a nice host. Recommended!!!

The house was very nice BUT… we had 2 main concerns our entire stay (5 days, 4 nights) which was: No hot water and no stable internet. From day 1 we’ve all complained to Natalia about the hot water not working and the WiFi not working and she was well aware of this but nothing got fixed. Pertaining to the hot water, she told me to go out by the pool area and go turn some switch to see if the hot water would start working and I did just that and the water was still ice cold. She ended up telling us that she was going to send a technician to the house one day and she never did so we were boiling water and taking cold showers our entire stay. Pertaining to the WiFi, it only works downstairs and all of the rooms are upstairs so everyone would have to be downstairs just to be on their phone. We complained about these things over and over and it never got fixed. It took for Natalia’s next guests to tell her that the WiFi wasn’t working her them for her to reimburse us $80 after our ended.
