My stay at Natalia’s place was good, but nothing spectacular. The gated community was secure and we felt very safe, however when we arrived at the security gate to check in, we were told there was no such reservation under our names. This took an additional 15-20 mins to sort out by contacting the host. Once inside the actual airbnb, is nice, and the pool area is beautiful! We had issues with the temperature of the (cold) water in the shower every day, someone came out on day 2 for a temporary fix. All toilets were clogged at one point and the drains in the showers did not seem to drain all the way so we were standing in ankle deep shower water for most of our cold showers. I think there is a deeper rooted plumbing issue that may need to be addressed. It is spacious and really good value for a budget villa. Other than the host accusing us of breaking an entire shower door (3 days after we checked out) and trying to charge us $900 (ridiculous and untrue) - Overall, the stay was okay.
