Spacious, nice and with many things to do nearby

The host is certainly very kind and takes the initiative to resolve problems, excellent communication from the time of booking
The problem is that I received the accommodation with a bad smell, it seemed to us that it smelled of beer and cigarettes, the sheets of the beds had not been changed, they had other people's sweat, hair on the sheets and even smelled of wet rag for days
The towels also smelled bad
Peter sent me cleaning the day after my arrival but the problem of old rag smell on sheets and towels persisted
The smell in the accommodation disappeared after the minisplit was turned on
My child wanted to watch cartoons at night, but the TVs turned on but did not get any kind of cable signal, internet or cell phone link
It is an accommodation within a very nice and clean shared area on the outside
If they were more careful about cleaning, it would be a 10-star accommodation
Despite having a good disposition, the problems were not resolved

Peter always responsive, place is beautiful. Will definitely come back.

The accommodation did have some cleaning details that I hope you will take into account for future guests.
There were no towels to go down to the pool, only for the shower.
In the hot season, the balcony cannot be used, because the air conditioners take out all the hot air and it is an oven all day.
The view is beautiful and you have the advantage of having the Marinaterra hotel restaurant downstairs.
