My recent weekend stay at this apartment in Nagua was incredibly disappointing. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable, as both the kitchen and bathroom were dirty, and the bed sheets had noticeable stains on them. Another frustrating part of the stay was the bathroom shower head, which immediately sprays you directly in the face the moment you turn on the faucet. To make matters worse, essential toiletries like paper towels were not provided. Finally, getting into the apartment was a huge hassle because the check-in instructions were unclear and frustrating to follow.

Very nice, large and luxurious apartment. The host was nice and accommodating. Breathtaking outdoor area. Unfortunately, the pool was not clean and there was a strong smell of chlorine in the apartment.
