What an INCREDIBLE week we had at La Bella Vita!!! One of our favorite anniversary trips to date! The condo was filled with everything you’d need for a week on the beach. It’s spacious and luxe. It has a well appointed kitchen and dining area. Having a beachfront view of Topsail Beach every day was magical. Close access to beach and the heated pool. We watched the incredible sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony. We love that the bedrooms have access to the balconies as well. Close to shopping and dining. Tricia was a wonderful host- super communicative before and during our stay. We couldn't have found a better place to spend our anniversary week! We look forward to coming back next year and sharing the magic of Marco Island with our boys. We highly recommend a stay here!!! 🏝️ ☀️

This air bnb was perfect for our week long large family vacation! Tricia was a wonderful host - so quick to respond to questions and address any issues (the A/C stopped working and she had it fixed in just a few hours!) The condo was comfortable, clean & adorably decorated, and everything we needed was available (including beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys) The building was safe, parking was easy, the pool was pristine & the sunset views from the balcony were gorgeous!

While Tricia’s description of the condo’s location does make it clear that it’s an 8-10 min walk to the waterfront, I would like to point out that this is about 0.75 mile across soft sand (not a paved path) so it might be challenging for young toddlers or older people with mobility issues - as it was for us. There is public beach access just a few minutes’ drive away, but parking is pretty limited. Just something to be aware of when trip planning..

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend!

I had to scramble to find Tricia’s place after a different Air bnb was not ready, but I am so glad the other fell through. The view, the condo and all of the amenities were perfect. I could not have asked for a better host and a better location. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and Tricia is readily available to help anyway she can. Thank you for making my trip perfect!

This unit by far is our favorite. Stunning views condo is fabulous. Can not wait to book again. Had the most relaxing experience. Tricia is the best was able to accommodate the change to our check. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!
