Good!

We had a great stay! Spent two weeks in this nice little home - perfectly located for our needs, convenient to main arteries Hampton and Gravois. The house was perfect for us as a couple, and was a much better value than a hotel. Chris was very responsive whenever we had a question or just needed to relay information to him. We would gladly rent this property again, or one of Chris’ other properties.

Great place for our crew on a business trip. Very convenient to everything

We stayed 2 nights in Chris’s house. I must say we spent very little time there except to sleep and shower. Instructions were clear for getting into the house and what we needed to do when leaving. It was acceptable for what we needed. The house smelled stale when we entered. There are a couple holes in hallway carpet and I hope he considers taking out or changing the carpeting. It was difficult to figure out the bedroom lamps, since none were connected to the switches by the doors. A couple of the kitchen cabinet doors were missing and one was hanging crocked. In the bathroom there is an area in the corner of the window frame that was scrubbed but still had black area.
