House is terrible! Kitchen missing cabinet faces. Beds are made with terrible linens. Beds themselves are falling apart. Blankets smell. Not enough towels or pillows. Laundry area floor is falling apart. House cleaner took extremely long time to clean a house that was still flithy. Would give zero stars and honestly want my money back. House should be checked for bugs. We stay in a lot of B&B's yearly, this is by far the worst ive ever been in!

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed in the accommodations. The property was very bare minimum, and the overall quality was poor compared to what I’m accustomed to. The pros: • The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe • The property itself was clean • Basic needs were met — the hot water was definitely a plus The cons: • The house had an odor reminiscent of an older person’s home • The blinds throughout the house were broken and need to be replaced • The carpet is severely torn and heavily worn • There was hair in the corner of the master bedroom (unsure if it was pet or human hair) • In the second bedroom, the mattress was sitting on the floor while the bed frame was leaning against the wall • In the third bedroom with the twin beds, one of the beds was leaning and felt unstable • The quality of the linens was poor and mismatched • The pillows were extremely flat and should be replaced • The kitchen cabinets were missing • The fans available were broken and loud in (2) of the room

We had a great stay! Spent two weeks in this nice little home - perfectly located for our needs, convenient to main arteries Hampton and Gravois. The house was perfect for us as a couple, and was a much better value than a hotel. Chris was very responsive whenever we had a question or just needed to relay information to him. We would gladly rent this property again, or one of Chris’ other properties.
