The apartment was not at all as described in the listing. There were missing amenities, and you had to buy them yourself. The construction site was not only noisy 24/7, but the construction workers could see into the pool and the bedroom. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and nothing was really done about it. The response was hesitant and unhelpful. In the kitchen, a cabinet was completely broken, and the entire accommodation was so dirty! The whole family had black feet, and the kitchen was completely dusty, as if no one had cleaned for weeks. The pool water stank, and there were mosquitoes all over the house! We left with the kids immediately after one night because we couldn't stand it there.
