Unfortunately communication with the host wasn’t great. The place lacked amenities such as drying rack for clothes, limited kitchen utensils and no shelf in the shower.
Some kitchen amenities were dirty and the balcony area was covered in dust.

The space was as described. It was very clean especially the bathroom and linens which was appreciated. It had the essentials needed. Downside was that there really wasn't anywhere to let pets relieve themselves as the building is surrounded by the parking lot and gravel landscaping. The price was quite high, likely increased due to demand as I was in town for a large event.

First, I will say that the AC works great and the bed was comfortable. Very clean, convenient location - I guess that’s what matters the most.

Everything in the apartment is cheap. Cheap utensils, cheap pans, cheap polyester sheets, 4 clothes hangers, 1 dishwasher pod, and 1 laundry pod allotment for my 5 night $1200 stay. The kitchen isn’t really set up to cook a meal so be prepared to bring anything you might need to cook.

The couch is small and the only TV is oddly located in the kitchen area with no sound bar, so it’s a little hard to hear with the AC running by your ear over in the living room area. Definitely room for improvement.

New clean apartment building construction. Since new, everything was quite modern and comfortable. A/C worked well which we needed for sure. We would stay again.
Bring bug spray because you'll need it. The mosquitoes are awful in Hayden!
