Pro: Very clean, owner's responsiveness, 38mn from main ski parking lot, good value considering the Steamboat rates... Cons: cheap appliances and furniture quality. Uncomfortable sofa to sleep in. Some night car traffic from street. Very limited kitchen equipment.

Very good location for skiing and visiting steamboat without paying to stay in town. About 35 min drive from the mountain although you definitely need a car. Bed was super comfy. Very modern and new apartment. Reason for 4 stars is that for the price we paid it was very lacking in amenities. We were given one trash bag, one dishwasher pod, and a very small dish soap for our 5 night stay. Also less than two roll of toilet paper. Hosts were very responsive when we asked for an extra blanket and dropped one off for us.

We enjoyed our stay here, and it was a bit more affordable than a condo in Steamboat. The apartment was clean, with some hair noted on the pillow cases but seemed clean otherwise! Definitely the bare minimum in terms of extras - only one washcloth, very little in the kitchen (no salt or pepper), but totally fine, we purchased our own at the store! The trash can lid wasn’t working and I did read in the description the unit had a bathtub, which it didn’t. Other than that, easy accessible location and very close to the gym and airport! Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel style apartment. Simple and clean. Easy access.
