Don was a good host and he communicated well considering the distance . There were concerns w the oven being unclean and issues with trash outside, which were out of his control.

The roommates were quiet and easy to get along with, which was great. It's a hidden gem in North Philly. And most importantly, Don was really responsive whenever there were any issues.

Don is a great host and addressed almost all concerns in a timely manner. Losing access to the lockbox for the spare key, back patio, and trash cans was annoying, but really the only complaint I have within Don’s control.

Don was a very nice host and responded quickly whenever I ran into any questions or issues. The location is very convenient and I plan to consider this listing again for future visits to Philly.
