DMS place is super clean. Located in a quite neighborhood. Super safe, we walk at late at night without feeling discomfort. under the building there is a supermarket a resturant and a bank for exchange currency. there are 3 different bakeries in less than 50 meters. Resturants are less than few meters away.
on top of that management are very cooperative and helpful. You cannot find nice clean place with good host.
