…This host does not know how to run an AirBnb business or just simply lacks the care. Be warned. No bedsheets and pillowcases when we checked in. A pile of used linen and towels were on the dresser. When the beddings came, we were given bed sheets full of rips and holes. The pillows were disgusting. Not the kind that anyone should still be using. Leaking toilet. The water tank splashes and wets the floor every time you flush, and we were only given 1 rug to use for both inside and outside the bathroom. Not to mention the bathroom was moldy, too, and no toilet paper. Worst of all, once your booking is confirmed, the host no longer responds to the messages. I had to have my secretary call the host for several things, because she wouldn't respond.…

…Misleading list of amenities. It was specified that they have aircon and wifi, but there wasn’t any. I booked for my parents (they’re with several seniors) and they had a very bad experience in the place, and with Diana. My mom called her and she wasn’t very accommodating at all. Didn’t apologize and reach out for the inconvenience she caused. It’s like she isn’t willing to help and there’s no accountability on her part as well. The location and the room is pretty okay, but there were visible stains in the bathroom and there was a cockroach as well. Of all the airbnb’s i’ve booked over the years, it’s the very first time i’ve been disappointed like this. Overall, would not recommend this place and this host.…

…Living area has no AC which is a bit hassle during our stay (April). The weather was hot and we felt extreme heat upon checking in. The place was good overall, unit has the perfect sunset view…

…Decent place. My only concern was when I printed the reservation it said address was 1300 Roxas blvd. Pasay. The Sunset view Manila bay - Deluxe. It took me almost two hours to find the place and that’s after flying in late in the evening. I was exhausted. It Should say in the printed reservation that place is SMDC Breeze Residences. It took awhile for the host to respond. Anyway overall it was a decent place for the price.…
