The accommodation itself is good.
The bed is not really comfortable, the same applies to the bedding.
The gym is not accessible for short-term guests (although we stayed 6 days), so you should remove access from the listing.
It's written everywhere that backpackers and short-term stays are prohibited, which made me feel a little out of place.
It would be convenient to have more equipment in the kitchen. There's only a well-worn wok and saucepan. The same goes for the dishes/bowls which are quite limited.
There are basic spices in the accommodation if you want to cook, which is convenient. (salt, pepper, oils/vinegar, etc.)
It's a relatively quiet and secure place.

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool.
There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need.
The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food.
Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!
