Beautiful location, lovely path to beach. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

Wow - what an incredible home and location. We are just back from a dream week at Castlehaven House. The house and gardens are incredible - beautiful, comfortable, private and with the most beautiful sea views from almost every room. We were a multigenerational family of 6 adults and 6 children and we all loved the house. Well appointed generous bedrooms, a really well equipped kitchen, fabulous dining room and three really large and comfortable living areas. The games room was a huge hit. The gardens are large, with multiple places to sit and catch the sun at various times of the day and then a gorgeous walk down through the woods to what feels like your own private beach. We were lucky with a week of incredible weather so spent our days on one of the 3 nearby beaches, pier jumping nearby and relaxing in the gardens. I’d also recommend a trip to nearby Baltimore for lunch or dinner and if the weathers good, a trip out to Sherkin Island. We can’t wait to return!

The Lodge is a magical place. There is a short stunning walk along a fern fringed stream down to a sheltered bay ideal for swimming. It is very well kitted out with good quality bedding and towels and anything you could need in the kitchen. The photos don’t do it justice - it was much nicer in reality! Thoughtful touches - flowers in the table, selection of provisions and coals for the BBQ along with check in calls from Noel all appreciated.

We had the most wonderful week at the lodge, which is spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the patio and peaceful gardens, the birdsong at dawn and dusk is just magic. Noel greeted us and was very helpful. The kitchen was very well stocked with a generous food hamper to get you started. We hope to return! Thanks so much. :)
