Been going to Three bears for the last 6 years and sadly the place is worse each time we go. These are beautiful properties that are not getting the care they need to maintain them. dishwasher leaked and something was split from the fridge prior to our stay so I spent the first 30 min cleaning the kitchen, then had to wash all the bedding as they did not appear to be cleaned prior to our stay. There was dirt and hiar in all beds. the water park itself was also sad. tubes had leaks and we had to fill the tubes with an air compressor. lifeguards walked around fully dressed with socks n shoes on not paying much attention to the kids. Did not feel like a safe environment as it use to. Hope they start taking care of the property before it's to late.

Nice place and great value. We very much enjoyed our stay.

When we got there ice covered pathway my husband cleaned it. Inside we had hardly any cookware, no spoons or glasses, bed fell off rail, dryer couldn't use knobs missing, kitchen faucet loose.

We had 803 and 805 and we had to share things because they did not have much for appliances and utensils in each place for as many as they say they could accommodate
