While we enjoyed the size of the space the place is in need of repair. We have been coming to this location for many years. The first time as a AirBnb. This experience will been our last! Very dirty, It was dirty splatter marks on the walls in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The floors had were filthy with food crumbs and dirt, my sons bare feet turned black with dirt. There was a large water damage spot in the entry which was very poorly repaired with drip marks running down the wall. There was a interior lamp that was rigged up at the exterior front door which is a fire hazard! The back door lock and handle did not function as it should. Not towles to accommodate 10 guests and no way to wash and dry without washer and dryer working. Very sad to see the villas so dilapidated. I see there is no longer any availability for this location so I hope they are do a remodel.

We had stayed in another cabin in the past. This cabins dishwasher didn’t work, dryer took 3 cycles to dry, only 3 kitchen chairs and one folding chair,(for 10 people) besides living room furniture, made it impossible to play group table games. Very few kitchen utensils and only one, very damaged, frying pan

The villa (217) we stayed in was nearly as described for accommodating all our group. There was enough space for all of us to hang out, including beds and bedding. However, upon arrival the main living area and kitchen floors were very dirty, and there were fingerprints and animal face smudges on the doors/windows. Two of the 3 bathrooms, the toilet ran constantly. The walls in nearly every room were dirty with old stains on them, the vents and all the ceiling fans were covered in dust. The fireplace did not work either. All the bedding appeared clean, there were ample dishes and kitchen utensils, soaps, towels, trash bags, and paper products. We did not need to contact the host for these issues, as it didn't affect our stay, but he was prompt to send messages for check in/out process. This place has the potential to be so much more with just a little more cleaning and TLC.
