The host is disrespectful, unprofessional and a racist. If you bring up a point of concern he tries to put it back on you as if you are the problem. He made not only myself but other guests who complain super uncomfortable. He also didn’t keep the house safe as a guest had a manic episode called me the “N” word and attacked me. And when the matter was brought to his attention the host blamed me and made it seem as if it was my fault and threatened me… he has TERRIBLE customer service and is extremely quick to anger. I plan on prosecuting him and his so called company to the fullest extent of the law. Make sure you know your rights as he will try to fabricate the truth and make it seem like he is the absolute authority. This is America and specifically California and there are laws protecting you. Regardless if it’s Airbnb or not. Fair warning… ⛔️ Do NOT book at this location. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK… ⚠️ He markets it as a hotel but it is more like a halfway house.. worst experience ever…

Smoke alarm related issues
Trash can unattended in front of the place

Though my stay was cut short because of a work relocation, my stay here was great. The host was very responsive and was able to communicate all throughout the day. The room had its own bathroom and lots of space. Should I ever find myself in this area again, I’d stay here again.

I'm disappointed that the host pulled a bait & switch on me; I messaged the host, prior to booking & I specifically asked him how many other roommates would I be sharing the house with & he said 3, so including me that would make 4 TOTAL ROOMMATES. This was far from true because I COUNTED 6 & I even asked one of the other roommates how many people are living upstairs & he told me 6 or 7. What?! And the roommate that I asked was sleeping on the couch every night, watching tv. I also asked the host if the room was on a separate floor from the dining room & kitchen & he told me it would be UPSTAIRS, AWAY FROM THE MAIN FLOOR. I asked that to ensure a peaceful stay b/c when you share a house, the downstairs room on the main floor tends to get loud at all hours of the night. After he told me what I wanted to hear & after I paid, he SWITCHED ME TO THE DOWNSTAIRS ROOM, which was dirty with mens shorts & trash under the bed. Plus everyone kept smoking cigarettes in the house & I got really sick
