Ari's chalet is amazing, everything is designed to make guests feel at home. It even has an electric car charger!
On the terrace, there is a very well-equipped leisure area, with a hot tub, sun loungers, barbecue... and a beautiful view of Coqueiro beach. The location is great, about 150 meters from the beach, in a very quiet area. It was a great experience!!

The house is automated, which makes it easier for the host. However, the problems started on the street, I went to the sidewalk to avoid a car and I and another person hurt our heads on the sign that is very low and does not allow the sidewalk to be used.
The gate to the car parking space, very rusty, required a lot of force to open and close.
The floor of the house was dirty, in the kitchen there are no basic elements such as salt, some olive oil and sugar, which for those who are using it need to buy in addition to the food itself, essential elements that are usually found in Airbnb homes. The water in the common bathroom of the house does not drain into the drain, it goes down to the door and almost a person who was with me suffered a serious accident because the floor of the corridor to access the rooms is all wet. And the crowning glory of my disgust was that the bathroom in the suite stank of pee from a very dirty men's bathroom and I even had to kill two cockroaches in the middle of the night. Horrible. Terrible experience.

Wonderful cottage, it had everything I needed during the days I spent in Luís Correia, a quiet neighborhood, a very clean house, everything was very clean and organized. On top of all that, it also has a wonderful view. Ari was very attentive and helped me every time I needed it.

Excellent accommodation in Luís Correia! We went in a group of 6 people, divided into two of Ari's cottages and it was really cool. It's very close to the beach, it's very safe, the space is very nice and has the basics needed within the Airbnb to spend a few days. I recommend and would definitely return!
