The grounds looked just as advertised, plenty of space and fun for our family of 6! They had games and toys as well as coolers, chair and umbrellas for the beach( which you will more than likely need). Host was responsive when needed, had a relaxing time listening to all of the nature surrounding the place, the variety of wildlife you get to see is admiring definitely plan to come back!
