vey cozy and welcoming..i loved the free breakfast ♥️ melody and the rest of the staff are very accomodating. met the owner Geff and he's very nice and friendly.. will be coming back 🥰 thank you

This is a great place for families, but noticed a few things that weren't okay:
1. The bathroom looked like it wasn't scrubbed clean. A little icky. Dark stains and residue on the bottom part of the wall and floor.
2. While responsive, host ignored my request for a surprise for my parents' anniversary. I repeatedly followed up but nope.
3. Sink is broken. Wet kitchen floor. We should've informed the caretaker, but we opt to just enjoy and not to bother ourselves and anyone from this point.
4. Some of the amenities mentioned are not available like the coffee drip, coffee, dedicated workspace, etc.

Apart from that, we had a great time! We enjoyed the basketball court, badminton, board games, karaoke and most especially the bonfire!!! Kuya Ambet, the caretaker, was very kind! The rest of the place was clean, ample beds and beddings for the 6 of us.

They have a loud cat who is annoyingly funny, and would steal your food whenever possible. Two cute, well-behaved doggies too.

Weather was nice and cool. And oh-- good wifi! Again, a nice place for families.

we celebrated my son's 2nd birthday here and we had an enjoyable stay. there were some discrepancies that the host might wanna improve on: booking confirmation, not enough beds for the approved number of pax, unfresh pillows and sheets, broken and leaking sinks in the bathroom and dining area, big mosquitoes- best to spray a mosquito killer prior to check in of guests.

can't complain much tho as the host and caretakers were accommodating to our needs and very friendly. Very nice house interior the place was vibrant with plenty activities to do: DIY karaoke, basketball, volleyball (they have a ball court), etc.

overall we had a relaxing and memorable stay. thank you very much and God bless! :)

The place is quiet and very much away from the busy streets of Tagaytay. Our friends appreciated the very welcoming and accommodating caretakers in the place. There is no AC as listed but it gets cold at night. The air here is very fresh since we are surrounded by lush greenery. Water pressure gets low but still manageable. There were towels, toiletries, blankets, drinkable water (at an additional expense), and slippers provided which made our stay comfortable. Proper communication and expectations were set which is appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, 5 of 5 stars.
