Evangelia is a wonderful host. The house is fantastic and the amenities are perfect. Everything has been thought of here, even cotton swabs are available in the bathroom😊. Evangelia is always available and responds immediately. The neighbors are also super nice and helpful. We are already looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Fisun’s place. The house was beautiful, well located, spacious and had everything we needed. Fisun and her family were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Can definitely recommend staying here. Next time, we can hopefully stay even longer.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

I can only confirm what I wrote 2 years ago about Themos house: simply perfect place to spend your holiday in Samos. Themos and his family are always so kind and there’s nothing better than wake up with this wonderful view in this amazing house. We sincerly hope to be Themos guests for our third time soon.

Extremely clean flat. Host was very helpful and would always respond quick no matter the time of day. It is located in a very lively area in the heart of Izmir, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

A small village that is as if taken from fairy tales. A place that belongs to a different time. Everything is simple, the taverna is close by with great people. From the forest that surrounds the village you hear the call of the owl and the white night. Marked walking paths allow for an hour-long or even 8-hour route. Ancient terraces all around. The house is shaded and cozy. Wind caresses because of the location which is relatively high. But not too high, only 350 meters. Short drive time to the nearby beach. For those who want a little more action, it is recommended to go to the pithagoreio to the boat dock, there are performances of jazz composition and also of the Greek music ensemble.

We had such a valuable time in Samos. Our landlords Angela and Panagiotis also contributed significantly to this!!! Special praise to you here! We were taken care of above average and we had very good conversations. Warmly, the best expression here is probably the best expression.
