Vacation rentals with a patio in Oxford County

Cute place! Alice was very accommodating with our arrival time (we didn’t arrive until about 10:30pm). Location is very peaceful and beautiful. Unit itself was clean and just like the pictures. I’d recommend arriving during the daytime because the road leading up to the house is very narrow and becomes gravel just towards the end!

Mike’s place provided the perfect ski get-away for my family of 4! Not only was the apartment spotless and well stocked with all the amenities, it was tastefully decorated and located off a private road. We were comfortable, cozy and close to the mountain! We will definitely be looking to book again during the summer months for some mountain biking!

Excellent location, very convenient, in the village but set back from street where it is quiet. I loved the tucked away feel of the bedroom. This place had everything I needed for my solo getaway- loved the well stocked kitchen! Haalalujah for that! I would definitely like to stay there again…It’s worth mentioning if you are allergic to dogs this place is not a fit for you.

Great place! Was very accommodating with early and late checkouts! Note the hot tub costs extra $$ which wasn’t described. Had a great time!

Stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. Had another amazing stay and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the South Paris and surrounding area. Very close to a variety of restaurants and grocery store.

It's a lovely apartment above a beautiful store filled with authentic Maine creations. There is a restaurant directly across the street and a coffee vendor in front of the store. The coffee vendor even serves dessert. The area is quiet. There is even a grocery store, laundromat, and gas station all within walking distance.

Beautiful place! Just for awareness: it is attached to their main home, not a totally separate home.

We loved staying at Becky's place. It was spacious with everything we needed. The lake and playground space directly behind the Airbnb was such a nice feature!

For Arrival: Put the written instructions together with the photos, and you'll make sense of the tricky-to-find parking spot. (This is not to say that parking is a "problem." I have a lifetime of poring over maps, studying geography, and can easily rely overmuch on the unthinking ways a GPS-led orientation.) But, in approaching Emma's place, it's important to read the instructions line by line, put those instructions together with the images. Be patient, let their words guide you. It's actually kinda fun -- like a scavenger hunt -- once you feel their rhythm. The Space: I awed in every single room. The cleanliness and freshness, surrounded by a score of other living things--oh those plants!--and the sweet, thoughtful use of space. I felt right at home. It is a loved space. I so enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Reading in the front room. Studying in bed. Mornings spent looking north-by-northeast to the ridge yonder. What a value. I am looking for another reason to go up that way.

Our stay was for business purposes, so we didn't get to explore all that area has to offer. However, the 4-week stay was fantastic. We did visit Sunday River and Mt Washington area which are beautiful. Joao's home was perfect for rest and relaxation. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. It was especial nice to have the snow cleared very quickly so I could leave every morning at 5:00 AM. Joao was a great host with everything we asked or needed. Thanks The Fritz Family

Super cozy house very comfortable for our family of 6. Spent a nice weekend enjoying the beautiful foliage and stunning sunsets on the pond. Close to a grocery store and local attractions. Cooked dinner both nights had everything we needed and more!

Perfect Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Eileen was incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. The location was ideal - close to the Fryeburg Fair grounds and other attractions yet quite enough for a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend this place and hope to make a future trip back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This lake house was absolutely perfect! Comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, it felt like a true home away from home. The house was fully stocked with all the supplies we could possibly need, making the stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The peaceful setting, paired with its unbeatable location, made it an exceptional getaway. We loved how everything was designed to ensure a relaxing and seamless experience. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again—it was everything we hoped for and more! Top notch.

Such a great place! We spent Thanksgiving there and the house was very comfortable for a larger family gathering. Amanda was great! Very responsive to questions, and very accommodating. We look forward to returning and spending more time at the Irish Chalet!

Only stayed for one night but it was beautiful very inviting. Cozy with the fireplace and gorgeous Christmas tree. We arrived in the dark so it was wonderful to wake up to the amazing view from the house. Scott was a great host. Will definitely be back

The location is truly ski-in/ski-out. Get ready in the condo, locker room or boot room, walk 15 ft out the door, put on your skis and go. You're on Sundance which is an easy green trail that takes you down to South Ridge in about 2 minutes. Perfect for little kids and the ability to get anywhere on the mountain. The condo is great. Small, but well set up and Erin supplies the essentials we needed. All appliances worked well and the beds were good. Plenty of storage for clothes and ski gear. Only item to note is there is no door for the bedroom (it is downstairs) so it is not feasible to do much after kids go to bed. Building is great with a pool, hot tub, sauna, common rooms. We didn't try the restaurant, but looked fine and ultra convenient. Highly recommend

This is a very convenient place right at the Base of Sugarloaf. We drove over to the main base, but I think we could have skied to / from the place as well. We were just there for a race so easier to drive. The place is as advertised with very comfortable beds. Amber is super responsive and communicated proactively when check-in was available and regarding checkout.

We had a great time. Ski in ski out was awesome.

We had a terrific family vacation at Sunday River and Krystal’s skin-in/out was the perfect spot. Everyone could come and go for lunch. The hot tub and pool were great adds. Krystal was very responsive. Her home was clean and organized with plenty of comfy blankets and pillows.

We went up skiing for a couple days and Lindsey’s condo was perfect. Super close to the mountain, easy to find and great for the 3 of us. Centrally located with plenty of parking. And reasonably priced. The boot/glove dryers were awesome!

Beth’s place was cute and cozy. It was ski in/out. Centrally located and quiet. Has everything you need for a great stay.

Great place to stay close to downtown Bethel at the same time with beautiful surroundings and access to the ski areas! Always my favorite place to stay!

We had a great time at Marisela's condo, it was exactly as listed. Lots of nice hikes around and nice people in the building.
