Bright and romantic

Beautiful apartment in the center of Oviedo. It is in the heart of downtown 5 meters from Plaza de Américas, there are plenty of bars in the area for wine or dinner, and San Francisco Park is very close. It is a SUPER bright apartment, it is a seventh floor, the elevator arrives only until the 6th. It has Wifi, It has 2 bedrooms one with a 1.50 canopy bed and in the other room a 1.35 bed. We just renovated the bathroom pudge the previous one was very old and change the windows.

Good location and impeccable accommodation!! A good choice, both in location that allowed us to reach all our points of interest comfortably, and in services available in the area and surroundings. The accommodation is as described, with a quiet environment, surrounded by nature, 100% Asturian. As for the host, she could not be more charming and hospitable. We hope to return. 🤩

Very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is not in the center, but right outside the house there is a bus stop and a train station from which you can get to Oviedo and other places. For family with children, there is a wonderful children's playground in the yard. There are several large supermarkets in the circle next to the house, including the Carefur hypermarket. The apartment is spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need,lots of different dishes. Very responsive hostess. She provided a bicycle and helmet for the child for the stay. I was always in touch and helped with various questions.

Everything's great, an Alcampo next door, the beach 3 minutes away walking fast, 5 slow. Everything very clean and comfortable. Bus stop 6 minutes away, although we like to walk and we went to all the places on foot, it is very conveniently located.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

Gijon is a great vibrant town to visit and it exceeded expectations. Manuels place is ideally located to everything especially restaurants and bars. Clean and safe, good security. The apartment is very clean and I couldnt fault it. Very comfortable and very good value.

We stayed here for nearly 3 months and were really happy with the place and neighbourhood area. Cimadevilla is about the nicest place you can stay in Gijon you literally walk out the door and you are right in the midst of everything. The place is buzzing with restaurants, coffee shops, bars and a short walk about 2 minutes to get to the sea front. It was also a pleasure to stay in David's place it was so relaxing, the apartment is done out in style with things like putting the doors on the walls with flowers on them for decoration. It sounds crazy but looks great and can see the interior designer in him. He was also very good to deal with and helpful with tips, ideas, was very approachable and we couldn't have asked for a better host. We will always look back with fond memories of Gijon and would like to thank David for our time here from Derek and Jan, Linlithgow [near Edinburgh Scotland]

The apartment excellent super clean and perfumed from the bedding and bathroom to furniture and rest. Very quiet town, with supermarket, pharmacy a few meters away and spectacular views. Access to all places in Asturias is very good. I recommend it 100%... If I go back to Asturias I definitely book it again.

We visited a beautiful area that deserves even more time there. The cottage is well located (Cantabrian highway not far away) and allowed us to travel to visit a lot of things (Gijon, Ovideo, the fishing villages, the many beautiful beaches and the nearby mountain). My regret is not speaking Spanish. Spain offers a real show of good humor, tradition and excellent gastronomy... We'll be back.
