Vacation rentals with beach access in Oven's Beach

My family and I love the stay. Claudia was always responding quickly, avoiding my doubts. The front desk, beach staff all very polite and helpful. We love everything! And no doubt, we'll be back again.

Excellent apartment, very nice view and rich spaces, Euri a charm, very friendly and always understanding, resolving any novelty quickly. I highly recommend the place, all super friendly, the beach and the restaurant that is downstairs offers a top service!!!....Recommended to go with the family and enjoy!!

Brand new apartment, clean and well equipped. I had problems with the air conditioning on the first day, but Bruna was ready to solve it and after a few hours the problem was solved.

The stay was great! The apartment is a even better place than in the photos, excellent location. Sérgio was extremely attentive ,flexible and supportive. Excellent apartment a few minutes walk from the stunning Praia das Dunas with beach views from the side balcony. Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle yet easily walkable to a plethora of restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with all amenities thought of for entertaining, cooking, etc. Very helpful and friendly host who knows the area and provided some really good suggestions on things to do. Highly recommended!

Everything went very well, very good location, the apartment is impeccable with everything you need to spend super. Beach chairs & portable refrigerator, infallible. Murilo is always attentive, a ten.

Excellent cost-benefit! Particularly I did not like the beaches that are nearby: Dunes, fort and rocket. But it is very close to arraial, pontal and even in buzios the access is quiet leaving early. The neighborhood is very nice. Very quiet, no noise, with a good bakery nearby, supermarket and several restaurants. In addition to the easy access to the passage neighborhood. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures and the fact of accepting pet was a differential. I'll be back for sure. Some suggestions but do not invalidate the experience at all: lack of box in the bathroom, microwave and air conditioning. The TV's operating system is very slow and the pillows could be a bit louder and firmer.

The place is super comfortable, it has everything to spend a few great days. Spacious and with all the details. Internet anda de 10! It is important to know that it is very quiet, everything closes early and if you are looking to go out at night you must go out cold or arraial do cabo. These literal 50 meters from the beach, closest impossible! The water and sand on that beach is second to none. Highly recommended! We'll be back for sure.

Great accommodation. Property comfortably housed our family. Paola and caretaker André were extremely helpful and always met us promptly to our needs. The high point of the property is the location very close to the beach and the playground and shopping mall. It was very worth it. We intend to return soon.

The house is zero defects. Everything very clean and super organized. Quality Items. The only divergence is the location that is a little far from the beach.

Helped us in everything The wifi is short one day, Leo fixes it. The light goes short another day, and Leo fixed it. Both problems were not from the house, they were from the neighborhood. The house worked perfectly.

The house is the same as in the photos. Excellent location since it is facing the sea and you have the beach a few meters away. Access is a little tricky if you arrive by car because there is no direct access to the house via that track. Afterwards we had an excellent family stay. I would just like it to have a washing machine, since when you are many days it is something that becomes necessary. Anyway, we had a great time!

We went to the family (12 people) and had wonderful days in the Casão. The space manages to be bigger than the pictures show. Foot in the sand. Lagoon with crystal and warm water. The House has boards for Stand UP and a Kayak, which everyone liked (children and adults). Beto, the homemaker, I very much request. Always on standby for any need. Boa helped make a luau, with a beautiful bonfire (the children loved). All wonderful.

We had 7 wonderful days in Cabo Frio in great part because of Bernard’s place. Right in front of the beach. Great views, cozy and spacious apartment. Small details like hairdryers in all bedrooms made all the difference for us, 5 women who got together after so long.. this will mark our lives. We will be back! Thank you Bernard and Clara! Excellent locationacion and incredible view in playa grande. Very good service from the host. Please note that bed linen and bath linen must be requested and paid additionally. The apartment is well equipped and complete. Highly recommended.

I spent very pleasant days in Arraial do Cabo, hosted in Renata's apartment. From the beginning, she was super attentive, always responding with clarity and agility. The check-in and check-out were quiet, with no hassle. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos: cozy, with an incredible view and in an excellent condominium. The only observation is that I missed more shots in the room, since there were only two. Overall a great experience! When possible, we will definitely be back.
