Second time in Patrick's beautiful authentic home. Immediately a feeling of home. Very quiet location (cul-de-sac that opens into the woods with hours of beautiful, quiet hiking trails). Fresh soup on arrival and a lovely stove, very easy to use. Evenings by the stove, in the seats with just a good book, a beer and the dog there: delicious! Communication is very good and proactive. Patrick will provide you with the most beautiful hiking nearby. Recommended. Favorite in this area!

Great place and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Roch's place so much! A super cozy cottage with all the necessary amenities (including a warm stove for the winter days) in a nice and quiet area. Highly recommended for your visit to the Ardennes.

Communication with Albert went smoothly. He was quick to respond and helpful. All the amenities mentioned were present and the property was neat. There were also (board)games and the house was definitely spacious enough for our group. Highly recommended!

Two of us spent a total of 3 nights in Philip's place. We felt right at home immediately and would have liked to have stayed there longer. After a few starting problems with the Smarthome, where Filip supported us directly, we enjoyed a few relaxing days in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace. Nothing is missing in the property! We will be happy to come back. In terms of price, the Filip's house is reasonable and above all highly recommended for 4 people!

With a couple of friends with whom we have stayed here for more than 30 years to Houffalize and Achouffe. Cozy apartment with private entrance and equipped with every comfort you need for such a weekend. Very friendly host Céline who proactively makes it as easy as possible. Good base for Bastogne museums and Achouffe La Chouffe beer brewery, shop and brasserie. We'll be happy to come back next year.

A very nice and really very well appointed and clean apartment. The kitchen in particular is suitable for everyday life in a positive sense and even has a great coffee maker. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower and of course also very clean. Towels were sufficiently available and Patrick left new ones after four days. The only downside is the clairaudience often described in the reviews. Patrick and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The situation was very nice for us. The house is very close to the border, so we were usually able to park the car for free in Germany. You can quickly get to the city (by bus about 30 minutes) and nature.

Great stopover (at short notice) in the Ardennes. So overlooked by UK tourists heading south. Clutter free self-contained flat above garage attached to Owner's residence. Adjacent free parking. Welcoming log fire stove pumping out cosy warmth on an icy winter's night. Restaurants within walking distance but ample equipment supplied for self- catering. Friendly reception but the left alone to enjoy the place. Hoghly recommended!

The apartment is on the third and fourth floor and is fully equipped with a nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There is also a nice sitting area on the loft. The beds are lovely and the surroundings are quiet. The cozy part of Maastricht city center is about a 12-minute walk. In short, a great location for a few days in Maastricht!

The accommodation is wonderfully quiet and is spacious. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space and nice open living space. The house is perfect for a family weekend or week. Nice extra: the games room for kids!

We had an amazing stay at Andreea's place! The house was lovely, cozy, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sauna was an absolute highlight—a real treat after a day of exploring the area. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering plenty of opportunities for scenic hikes nearby. Andreea was a wonderful host—communication was always friendly, timely, and very clear. She ensured our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

I had a great weekend with 3 friends! The cottage was clean, cozy and even preheated with the stove when we arrived. In the kitchen, bathroom,... everything we needed was present. The instructions were also very extensive and clear. The jacuzzi was of course also a great asset that we enjoyed.

Steven and Karen's house is a gem! Everything has been thought of and the house is qualitatively and tastefully decorated. It is breathtakingly beautifully located and the ideal place to relax and unwind. You can take beautiful walks there and for more adventure you will be in Coo by car. Checking out at 5pm on Sundays is an incredible added value! Thank you so much for this wonderful weekend, we'd love to come back!

Very nice little cottage for a weekend for two. Whirlpool, bed and bathroom are cozy. The kitchen was missing some amenities: There were only two normal glasses and only one cutting board, for example, so you had to rinse every day. Dinant is minutes by car, there is hardly anything to see within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at Muriel's place. Big spaces, fantastic views, clean bathroom, equipped kitchen... just praise. Beautiful surroundings too. We were lucky to have snow. But every season is without a doubt wonderful in this great house!
