The riad is simply stunning. It’s exactly as described and is a private oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina. It’s locations away from the super busy areas but close enough to get round. It was a needed retreat after walking around. Fatima was an amazing cook in the morning. We only had breakfast for our family of four and it was more than enough and delicious. Mohamed helped with transfers and while we did not use his services for trips I’d recommend it after probably paying too much for a different operator before we arrive at the riad. Overall I highly recommend the riad, area, and hosts. We enjoyed our time there immensely and would happily go back.

Farid was helpful and responded quickly to my texts. The apartment is very close to the Medina and accessible to the tourists sites. You feel secure inside and the restaurants and shops are excellent with great prices. I definitely recommend the place.

We have just finished a wonderful stay here. It was our first time in Marrakech and we cannot thank everyone enough for how responsive and helpful they have been. Oussama has been so friendly, informative and helpful. We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the Riad (we saw some others and they are not all like this). We were made to feel that we could come and go as we pleased but that Oussama was there when we needed him. We stayed with our two children and we had two adjourning rooms which was perfect. When the sun came out, we enjoyed the roof top and when it was a bit chilly, we made use of the heated indoor pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay in amazing Marrakech!

Fabulous Airbnb experience! The Riad was so nicely decorated & very comfortable. We visited in winter for a week: heaters on the inside patio were available for the chilly mornings; heaters in the room were available but we mostly didn’t need them. Plenty of warm water, good WiFi and a relaxing rooftop terrace were a plus. The best part of our stay was the attention & support from Simo & Fatimzarah who made us feel first as though we were in a private hotel & then as welcome family. Fati came & prepared a beautiful breakfast daily, & then we were free to enjoy Marrakech. Easy to stroll through all parts of the Medina from our perfectly located riad which was also just a couple minutes walk from the taxi pick up/drop off area. Also, our hostess, Anne, was very responsive & prompt in her communications. It was a great house with an exceptional team & we would definitely love to return some day!

A huge thank you to siblings Mohamed,Reda and Hicham for their kindness, responsiveness, trust. They are men with a big heart. A special dedication to young man Abdellah,who always responded present no matter the time and day. This villa is beautiful and of absolute calm. Impeccable hygiene. The pool made my 4 children(including me) happy. High tech kitchen,very functional. A feast for cooking. Rooms,bathrooms at the top. The decoration is simply sublime. We smell professionalism. I recommend this villa to families, frankly no one, I say no one will be disappointed

Loved our stay. Out of the city centre roughly a 45min walk and a 10min taxi. Local cheaper food options which were absolutely divine and very close to the Jardin and YSL. Very smooth check in and the apartment is very spacious and was super clean. If you want to be outside of the business of the Medina I highly recommend.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay and Pedro answered very quickly to our needs. The villa is a fairly straight drive from the main/souk area but you will need a car to get there. There is a supermarket on the way to the villa for all the essentials / food. Breakfast was served whenever it was requested. The shared pool was great to use. The rooms are very spacious, situated in a quiet area. Everything was clean and comfortable. I could have stayed there for a very long time.

I highly recommend Mrs. Amina's apartment, which is carefully furnished and with all the comforts more than essential, the apartment is very clean, a beautiful RDJ with direct access to the pool (bcp better than in the photos), on behalf of my small family, a big thank you and see you next year inchallah.

The host was very friendly, nice and met us to make sure we got inside ok. He even took the time to show us the room and made sure we could connect to the wifi right away! This area was under construction at the time so was a little noisy but not too bad, otherwise was a very nice and peaceful stay with a very clean place. Thank you!

The place is in the heart of the busy area so it’s extremely convenient. Though it’s in the bustling area, packed with restaurants, it is nice and quiet once in the house. Its 5 floors!! Huge! Everything is ready for you! Perfection! Should’ve stayed longer!

very spacious accommodation pleasant pool is great no noise on the other hand you have to be transported because it is more than 20 minutes from Marrakech in a village . The caretaker and super Abder always attentive and very good advice .
