Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. Budget Homebase w/ Hot Tub & Pool

Read the reviews! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. This is one of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Extremely comfortable and well-stocked condo less than 5 min walk to Lift 7. The living and dining room furniture was ample for a large group, with plenty of lighting, all the beds were comfortable, the linens were luxurious, there were plenty of towels and necessities such as hand soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, kitchen dish soap, trash bags, extra paper goods, even napkins and ziploc bags! Conveniently situated a short walk from downtown, and less than a block from Clark's Market (whis is a great grocery). Our only complaint was that the development's two hot tubs (one inside, one out) were sometimes not large enough to handle all the guests in the devlopment. I would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! This was the most unique and beautiful location in a tiny mountain village with incredibly stunning views in every direction as soon as you step out the door. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow covered mountains felt like a dream, and we really did feel like we were in a fairy tail setting. The town of Telluride and the ski resort are a short, easy drive, but you could honestly never leave the property and have the best vacation ever. On top of that, Peter & Wendy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They are the truly precious people and it was clear they genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and got to make the most out of our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Just what my son and I were looking for a short ski trip. Deanna was super responsive and easy to work with. The condo has a spacious living area, well equipped kitchen, and was very clean. We were there to ski and the location is just a two minute walk from lift 7, offering easy access to the whole mountain. About an 8 minute walk to center of town and the gondola up to mountain village. It’s a smaller and well kept condo building. Loved the ski locker and easy parking. Would definitely return!
