Susan and Navid (Susan’s husband) couldn’t have been any kinder and helpful. He recommended restaurants and places to go. The place was spectacular and that is putting it mildly. You couldn’t beat ski in and ski out! We will DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!54

Simple place and good value in Telluride. Liked having a parking space and the parking lot always had a spot for us in the evening. Communal hot tub was nice. One block from free bus route was nice.

This place was beautiful and the hot tub was clean and lovely. The kitchen had every appliance, utensil, or cooking implement you could need. There were beach towels ready for the hot tub, extra blankets if you were cold, and the hosts came quickly when we needed a little help with the fireplace. The only issue was figuring out how to put on the TV. We never really watched much anyway so halfway through our stay when we had some trouble, it wasn’t even worth asking how to get to the channels we wanted. Maybe some better instructions on the tv and the fireplace operation would help the next guest. We loved our stay and the place was perfect for our large family. This house is just a short little 2 minute walk through the small housing complex to the slope. I would definitely stay here again if we need such a big space again! It was so refreshing to find the place exactly as described and pictured!

Perfect spot for a quick getaway to Telluride! A quiet spot that’s super walkable to downtown (even through the snow!). It’s also super nice to have a parking pass and a location to leave your car since most parking is paid for in town. Homey and quiet spot that’s tucked away in a beautiful location (although you can’t go wrong with the views anywhere in Telluride) and the hot tub is a plus!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The river stream just outside the balcony and we had beautiful mountain views from both the front and the balcony, it was beautiful and scenic. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town and the gondola station. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The host was also very responsive. The only small downside was that the sofa could use an upgrade. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay in telluride! Clean, modern and well decorated condo. Very comfortable for the five of us and had everything we needed for our trip. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Location was great. Two min walk to chair 7 and 5 min walk to town. Host was very responsive and helpful with parking for a second car. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, 5 min walk to main gondola, shops, restaurants. Probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in an Airbnb unit. Nice gas fireplace. Comfortable bed. Awesome view of the mountains. Borders a park and walking trail, occasionally people walking by but really no issue at all. Highly recommended for comfort and accessibility to all the best in Telluride.

Loved our trip to Telluride! This space was perfect for me and my two friends. The views were great and Kristin was always very quick to respond with any needs that we had. There were plenty of towels and blankets which is always a big plus for me.

Great condo and great location. The condo was exactly as described. Very convenient location as it was very close (less than a 5 minute walk) to the main area of mountain village, ski rental shops, Ghondala and Lift 4. Condo was well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, pots, towels, shampoo, etc. Condo even had coffee, filters, sugar, tea, selection of spices, and olive oil. Had some issues with trying to turn the heat down in one of the rooms and the management company was always quick to respond and help with the issue. I would highly recommend this condo and its management company.

Excellent place with LOCATION!!! In Mountain Village a 10 minute walk or 3 minute shuttle to Gondola that takes you to the core of Mountain village or the next gondola down to Telluride!!! Apartment was as described, beds comfy except pillows (my preference), the only negative would be it was dusty. But besides that an excellent stay!!! Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Ouray! The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, making us feel right at home. The views from the property were breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment of taking them in. The big, comfy bed was a highlight, ensuring we had great rest after exploring the area. The amenities were excellent, with the gas stove being a particularly nice touch—it added a cozy feel to our evenings. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Ouray, and we loved the tranquility of the surroundings. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Fantastic stay, great host. Location and access is amazing !

Great place for our family of 6 (2 small kids, 4 adults). Kitchen was quite functional and we cooked in 3 of the 4 nights. Bummer that the hot tub was closed for maintenance (we didn’t know until we went to go use it one day), but only a minor inconvenience. Would consider staying here again!

Great stay! We loved all the space and that it was dog friendly. Location was perfect. The heater upstairs was our only small complaint it was very click while it was running. Truly enjoyed our stay

The location is very convenient, allowing kids to ski in and out with ease. The added convenience of a ski butler service delivering equipment right to your door is a great touch. The hotel’s shuttle drivers are all exceptionally patient and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable.

Excellent location, space was perfect for our group 7. Everything was clean, well furnished and as described. Can’t say enough about the staff at the building, their service/helpfulness, and the amenities provided. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again.
