Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ouachita River

One of the best places I’ve stayed at when traveling. It’s and amazing place with a very home feeling. Great place for kids to have fun and enjoy as well as adults. Will try booking again next year!

Joy and Richard’s AirBnB is a very comfortable, homey space where we felt relaxed right away. They provided a special customized welcome including homemade cinnamon buns which we really enjoyed. The house is spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom and cozy living room. A three-season porch in back and a large backyard deck. Quiet at night. Highly recommended.

This is a great little house in a quiet neighborhood! It had everything we needed and is very close to town. I would definitely stay here again!

Kelly & Shelley were very welcoming and provided us with many local recs for celebrating the New Years! We loved the included kayaks/canoe, and the nighttime stars were beautiful. The stay was completely adequate for a short visit. Only things of note: The bed was squeaky through the night, the bedroom could get a bit cold during winter, and shower toiletries were somewhat limited. All in all, this is a good stay for exploring Caddo Lake's offerings!

The host was amazing! My sister was stuck in the area due to weather and the bus being canceled, he let her check in early and made me so much ore comfortable with her staying here. If we are ever in the area we will stay here!

My husband and I booked this stay the day before we left to go out of town. It was quite literally peace on earth. Her dogs are super friendly and so is Tricia and her mother. Great conversation and even better wine! My husband and I will be back during the summer time to use the pool. Also, we brought our 2 dogs and I was extremely nervous as my male dog doesn’t do well around other dogs. Tricia was super accommodating and even loved on my dogs like they were her own. Gave them treats and toys to play with. Anytime we need a place to stay I east Texas, this will be our one stop shop.

The condo was clean and updated. Has a great view of the lake from the balcony porch. Martha provided a booklet with local recommendations and clear check out instructions. They were communicative about construction in the area.

We absolutely LOVED the farmhouse. It was clean, spacious, quiet, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed. Michael was also very responsive if we needed anything. It would be fun to come back in the warmer months and use the pool! I would highly recommend staying here!

We booked Steve’s place for a weekend in Hot Springs, so we could go see the lights at Garvin Gardens and not have to drive home afterwards. It is a cute studio cottage on the lake with a great balcony and a beautiful picture window that offers spectacular views of the lake! It was very clean and had nice furnishings and extra touches like a nice Bluetooth speaker(we forgot ours). We liked the place so much we have already booked it for a summer trip.

Benjamin’s place was very beautiful. The pictures should include the exterior! The exterior is breath taking. I would note that it is not handicap friendly. The place was very spacious, homey, and comfortable.

Wonderful stay! Very secluded. Hot tub was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The TreeHouse was clean, warm & welcoming. We chose it for the location being close to the church where my mother’s funeral was. It was a calm place where we could relax at night. We’re grateful it was available on short notice. Chris checked in with us & was very accommodating. We would recommend it! Mitzi & Alan

We had a great weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday with family and a couple friends. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open living room and dining room. Was great for socializing without feeling like we were all cramped up. Nice deck and beautiful view of the lake from the main bedroom. Hot tub was small but we had a couple little ones so I actually liked that it wasn’t too deep for them. Prob just a 3 adults max. I also had 2 little fur babies and they were comfortable as well.

Words cannot describe, pictures will do no justice. This is a lake house is absolutely stunning and you’ll have to experience in person. Our family of 7 comfortably made so many New Years memories here. It was everything we could’ve imagined. This property even came with the best host. From my booking questions till our departure, Catherine has been my go to girl for all my concerns & questions. Her hospitality was a 10 out of 10 for me.

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always a great stay. Perfect place to stay and also the covered parking is nice in bad weather. Thanks again!

Love this cabin. Everything was provided as described. Spacious and clean room. Bunch of cookware. Wine glasses provided. Love Hot tub! Fire pit was perfect in winter :)

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Melissa truly takes the term “host” to heart, and I’ve never been so impressed by any other rental we’ve ever stayed at. In addition to being spectacularly clean and extremely comfortable, we were also delighted by the special extras like a sleep sound machine in the bedroom, a full array of laundry supplies, and super plush toilet paper (hey, we’ve all stayed at places that provided single ply toilet paper that feels like sandpaper…those little details make a difference!!) We traveled with our dogs and they loved the fenced yard, which was spacious and secure. Thank you for an amazing trip!!!

Hatties home was a perfect spot to rest while traveling with my mom and 2 pups. The house was clean and cozy with coffee, doggie treats, breakfast bars and thoughtful touches for her guests. The secure yard was perfect for my pups to stretch their legs after a long day in the road. It's in a quiet neighborhood, up on top of a scenic hill. We will definitely be back! The lock that the key was in was a little confusing, especially with the two locks but other than that everything was awesome. Clean, comfortable, close to everything. We wished we could’ve stayed longer, will definitely keep this place in mind when we’re here next time.

Our stay at Jerry Lane’s place was wonderful. Despite the bad weather we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our party of 11. The house is charming!
