Comfortable, cozy and safe house, 10 minutes from Texcoco, Chiconcuac and the University of Chapingo and 5 minutes from Molino de las Flores National Park, CIMMYT and Tezcutzingo Hill, near Mount Tláloc and Teotihuacán. It has a living room, dining room for 6 people, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and bar for 4 people, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, space usable as one more bedroom, balcony, front and service patio and garage. We are on the slopes of a hill ideal for hiking.

Of the 8 places we’ve stayed in Mexico, this one was our favorite. The villa is even better than the photos. The host is very responsive via Whats App. There is 24/7 security and we felt very safe. We drove ourselves and easily parked right outside the entrance. It’s a quick, easy drive to the pyramids and hot air balloons. The beds were comfortable for us, soft but supportive. The kids loved being able to swim and watch a movie (Disney, Netflix) from the pool and seating area. We ordered food via Whats App and the hotel delivered it right to our room. The hanging tree lights and fire ambiance was perfect. It was very private and though there were lots of guests staying at the hotel we couldn’t hear any noise. Lots of water bottles, towels etc provided. A perfect stay.

We absolutely loved Juan’s place! It was beautiful and extremely homey—which, in my case, is often rare with aesthetically appealing airbnb’s. My son and I loved it, we did not want to leave lol. Also, Juan was by far the best host I have had in all my years using this app! He was extremely helpful, very friendly and understanding to problems that subsided during my stay. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Teotihuacán, and I absolutely recommend it to everyone 😊
