Vacation rentals with a patio in Ötüken

He had great stay in John's apartment. It was super nice clean and cozy. Great location and view from the balcony. Easy check-in and check-out. Place to park is available. Communication was great. John is very helpful and friendly.

Was a 10/10 little apartment, literally a shop next door, private balcony & even with the apartment next door you couldn’t see a thing into there balcony, it’s 5 minutes from the strip but you wouldn’t even think because it’s still nice & quiet, definitely a place to come if you want a long weekend away & you don’t just want to party. :)

Lovely house for a holiday in Cyprus! 5-15 min drive to the most beautiful beaches on the island, located in a quiet area but still close enough to get any supplies and go out for food. We’d love to come back!

We stayed for 3 nights… the living room, the room was very convenient, and clean. There is no parking problem.. the wifi, TV facilities were amazing.. it was a calm and peaceful place to relax.. thanks to the hosts:)

Mr. Ruslan's house is exactly the same as the photos, and he's a really great host. The house was very central in terms of location. The fact that it was in the middle of the center and other neighborhoods gave us a lot of advantage. We had no hesitation about cleanliness. Mr. Ruslan guided us very quickly when we needed it and we had a flawless holiday. Thank you so much for these opportunities.

We were very pleased, it was a nice stay. There was nothing missing. Janna always fulfilled our inquiries and requests and answered them quickly and kindly. There were always problems with the water but this has nothing to do with the apartment, but is a general problem in Northern Cyprus.

Dundar's apartment was great - exactly as advertised. Walkable distance to restaurant / shops. Easy to find and easy parking outside. Clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and good views. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Nice and cosy apartment. It has everything you need for everyday life. The wifi speed is great. Small restaurant downstairs and decent grocery store nearby. Friendly neighbours.

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

This place is a 10/10! Very responsive host who allowed us to check out 3 hours later. Very clean and very well located accommodation with swimming pool cleaned 2 times a week, beach, activated and restaurants right next door (10min drive from Ayia Napa). Hopefully, we'll be back next year!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Our stay at this beautiful house in North Cyprus was just fantastic! The location is a dream – close to the sea, with a stunning view of the water. The pool was spotlessly maintained and provided the perfect cooling off on hot days. The house itself was exceptionally clean and well appointed, we immediately felt at home. Host Laura was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. She took care of all kinds of matters such as taxi transfer, rental cars and excursion destinations perfectly. It was always easily accessible. Absolutely exemplary ! We highly recommend this house and would be happy to come back!

2+1 houses. At least 4 people can stay. There is a sofa in the living room. 1 person can stay there. A total of 5 people can stay. Everything was spotless. Glasses, plates, spoons, etc. were immaculately clean. The beds are nice. I smelled the pillows and towels, especially as soon as I entered the house. The smell of the laundry machine, it's spotless. The toilet bathroom is not very luxurious but it was clean. It is sparkling clean. It's a nice place to stay if you don't expect a lot of luxury. I recommend...

The best place we’ve ever stayed! The apartment was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and it was fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. Demetris is a very kind and helpful host. We traveled with a small baby, and he provided us with a stroller and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The location is perfect – right in the center, close to Saint Lazarus Church and Larnaca Castle. The apartment looks much better, brighter, and cozier than in the photos. Even though it’s in the center, it’s quiet. There’s no sea view, but the balcony is a great spot to relax under the warm Cyprus sun. Netflix was a big plus for relaxing in the evenings. A huge thank you to Demetris for the snacks, drinks, and water – it was exactly what we needed after arriving late with a baby. We felt so welcomed and cared for.

my family and I preferred Ms. Suna's house during the 3-night Cyprus vacation and we were very satisfied. We stayed with 5 people, the number of beds was full, even there were 2 sofa beds in the living room, there was air conditioning in each room, it was very suitable for heating and cooling. Thanks to Ms. Suna, she had prepared a lot of me before we arrived, I can say that we did not need to buy anything for breakfast, etc. If we come back to Cyprus again, we would definitely prefer it again.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.
