Vacation rentals with a patio in Ötüken

He had great stay in John's apartment. It was super nice clean and cozy. Great location and view from the balcony. Easy check-in and check-out. Place to park is available. Communication was great. John is very helpful and friendly.

Was a 10/10 little apartment, literally a shop next door, private balcony & even with the apartment next door you couldn’t see a thing into there balcony, it’s 5 minutes from the strip but you wouldn’t even think because it’s still nice & quiet, definitely a place to come if you want a long weekend away & you don’t just want to party. :)

The host was caring and friendly. She was helpful to solve every problem we had. I think those who want to rent should hire it right away:) Thanks for everything

We stayed for 3 nights… the living room, the room was very convenient, and clean. There is no parking problem.. the wifi, TV facilities were amazing.. it was a calm and peaceful place to relax.. thanks to the hosts:)

Home was great and Ruslan was very nice , helpful and responsive all the time. one small suggestion : nets for mosquitos would work well😀

He took very good care of us and gave us clear answers to our questions, the location is really nice and the view is a great house, there were personal care items left from before us, we did not handle them in terms of hygiene. Other than that, I can't comment negatively, the location is very nice and we had an Airbnb service with easy communication with the host.

The view and interior design of the house was very nice. You can go to the beach or the castle by taxi 200tlye, you can go to the beach or the castle with a 15-20 minute walk, and the decision is up to you. There is also a grocery store 5 minutes away. I recommend it to everyone.

Great base from which to explore the western side of Northern Cyprus. Very close to Kyrenia (Girne) with easy access by bus. The accommodation is very good. Has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Kerem was always available when you needed him. Really enjoyed our stay❤️

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Nice and cosy apartment. It has everything you need for everyday life. The wifi speed is great. Small restaurant downstairs and decent grocery store nearby. Friendly neighbours.

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

We spent a few days in the house in Efi and everything was tidy and clean when we arrived. Efi has always communicated with us, giving us some very useful tips for the area. We enjoyed the quiet area and the outdoor space. I recommend wearing eye masks for sleeping because the bedrooms have curtains that don't darken.

This place is a 10/10! Very responsive host who allowed us to check out 3 hours later. Very clean and very well located accommodation with swimming pool cleaned 2 times a week, beach, activated and restaurants right next door (10min drive from Ayia Napa). Hopefully, we'll be back next year!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

This was our second stay at this lovely home. It's very well located to access some of the island's best beaches and coastal walks. I'm sure we'll be back for a third time we like it so much!

2+1 houses. At least 4 people can stay. There is a sofa in the living room. 1 person can stay there. A total of 5 people can stay. Everything was spotless. Glasses, plates, spoons, etc. were immaculately clean. The beds are nice. I smelled the pillows and towels, especially as soon as I entered the house. The smell of the laundry machine, it's spotless. The toilet bathroom is not very luxurious but it was clean. It is sparkling clean. It's a nice place to stay if you don't expect a lot of luxury. I recommend...

Stayed here for 6 nights with a group of 5, and we couldn't have asked for a better place! The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a great layout. The host was responsive and provided all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

Nice place in a quiet area but close from City center

Great views with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed ourselves and Angela was always responsive to any inquiries we had. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend time in North Cyprus.

A fresh-smelling apartment. Everything is new, kitchen appliances have not been used yet. equipped with the necessary equipment, there is a capsule coffee maker. Beautiful aesthetics of the apartment, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a separate living room with a table and a sofa. You can eat breakfast on the sunny balcony. Beautiful new smelling furniture. The apartment is definitely worth the price. Close to the beach, close to the center, close to a supermarket, close to restaurants. The apartment has a code, so you don't have to carry keys and share them with several people when traveling. The owner is very helpful, responds to messages immediately. He helped us a lot when we needed it. I recommend it with a clear conscience. fragrant new apartment in the center close to the beach.

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.
