Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

We have a nice apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV-wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 small children. We are located 800 meters from the child-friendly beach Vejlby Fed. Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of 200 DKK or 25 euros, which is only paid once, but you can use the bath as much as you want.
