Very nice yard and beach frontage, along with dock. Delightfully decorated. Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Kayaks and bikes available to rent for $25/day/item - delivered to cottage. In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motor boats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. We absolutely loved Buena Vista Lake House. Some highlights that we loved were the lake views, the awesome deck and furniture for hanging out and eating, provided kayaks & paddleboards, fire pit, cozy living room furniture, 5-star bed and bathroom linens, squeaky-clean bathrooms and kitchen. Party & Gord were the best hosts! Attentive, helpful, friendly, & kind. HIGHLY recommend staying here. I have a feeling we’ll be back!

Earl and Sara were by far the BEST hosts I’ve ever had. The house was perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, toiletries in case they were forgotten, cards and board games, and a beautiful spot on the lake. Check in was a breeze, everything was perfectly clean, and it was the perfect getaway. The thing that stood out the most was how available and communicative they were. They checked in throughout the week, and answered promptly whenever we needed to reach out. Highly highly recommend this house with Earl and Sara as your host, you will not regret it!

Had a great time at the Finger Lakes! Terrific location for exploring wineries on the three surrounding lakes. House was very well equipped, hot tub felt wonderful in the evening after exploring during the chilly days, and such a relaxing and serene setting right on the lake. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. This will definitely be a choice for future trips.

We had wonderful time on Gibbs Point! The house and location were just what we were needed. We loved being on the bay with Lake Ontario just a few hundred yards away. We spent a lot of time on water (having kayaks SUPs and a canoe available was amazing). Our teenage kids played ball and frisbee games in the lawn. We cooked delicious meals and ate on the deck. The house was so comfortable and clean.

Gorgeous place and even though the weather was misty, view of the lake was incredible. I’d definitely stay again! Only thing to be aware of is the shared driveway with the other rental property. 4 cars of theirs to our 2 was a bit crowded. Otherwise I highly recommend.
