Clean, well organised, thoughtful touches like beach towels and outdoor seating and a great little sheltered area around the bbq. All day sun and a lovely outlook towards the hills behind the house. Fabulous beach.

This was a supurb place to stay and the views and garden were gorgeous. It was just lovely to stay in a renovated historic home. We could have stayed much longer than just three nights! The listing was an accurate reflection of the accomodation. We were pleased with the location and glad we chose somewhere out of central Dunedin. It was a short walk to the esplanade, restuarants and beach. I would definitely recommend this accomodation to others.

We had a lovely stay with Claire and Wolfgang in Dunedin. It is a great and well-maintained place with character right in the city centre of Dunedin and at doorstep to the penguins and albatrosses at the Otago peninsula. Our hosts have been super-welcoming and friendly. Thank you again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The cottage is warm, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. The space is very private, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything you could possibly need is provided, with well-thought-out amenities and a fully equipped interior. The little touches and extra supplies were so thoughtful and truly appreciated. This is a perfect spot for both short and long stays.

Lovely home on Otago Peninsula. Amazing beach view from the deck. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Very nice location.

Very lovely place. We loved our stay. We appreciated having laundry detergent and kitchen basics such as oil and spices. Beautiful decor and very cozy home. The shower pressure was fantastic.

Loved the place and the location is amazing. Glen gave super clear instructions in advance which was really helpful as it’s in a more remote-ish area. The scenery was absolutely stunning and the area was so peaceful. Great way to end our trip.

Lovely property in prime location. Well presented and clean. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Location was chosen as it was a street away from our sons. Close enough but far enough away. Had a slight hiccup with the tumble dryer as it is a condensing dryer and you need to empty the water tank all the time and it takes an age to dry clothes. Apart from this the house was a home away from home with all that was needed. Thank you

We really enjoyed staying in Judy’s cottage at Karitane. The cottage is very cute, comfortable and tidy, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Judy is a lovely host and very welcoming.

Wonderful location tucked away in a private location in MacAndrews Bay. Very easy commute to the city and also the local attractions on the Otago Peninsula. A great balcony to sit and relax while an easy layout for the family to enjoy. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen made for an enjoyable stay.
