Sonja & Viking's fisherman's AirBnb was the picture perfect Finnish cottage! It really captures the feel of the countryside that you first see while driving towards it, making it a very satisfying feeling, especially if you are visiting for the first time. It's very comfy inside and makes you feel right at home, and the hosts are very helpful in pointing you towards local sights. This area is great for birding and anyone with a pair of binoculars is especially recommended to stay here!

The apartment is in a great old house nicely and tastefully renovated comfortably with respect for the old, but without compromising on the amenities. The stay and living went smoothly and the sleep was great. If we need housing in Vaasa, we'll be back. Thank you

Easy to find and easy to get in via lock box. Inside, the equipment needed and great that the sauna was heated. I turned my back on the dummy next to a few of the beds, half asleep was pretty intense :-). The bed gave you a good night's sleep.

Absolutely stunning location and beautiful accomodation exactly as we hoped. We arrived really late due to some delays in travel but Mats's couldn't have been any more accommodating or helpful. Wish we'd have booked longer to enjoy some more of the location..

We spent one night in this cozy cottage in the middle of a pine tree. The stay was flexible on a tight schedule. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of all the amenities of the cottage, as it was a day spent celebrating a family wedding, but at the end of a long day, it was lovely to get a good night's sleep. The place was just what was promised and we needed.

Very good for families with children. Children for 4-9 years would have been ready to stay permanently at the cottage. Next to it were rabbits and sheep that could be fed and peted. The cottage is spacious and clean. Quiet location in beautiful field landscape. The sea received good directions in advance and was greeted when we arrived. Thanks for a successful weekend!

We stayed at this wonderful cabin on the first night of our roadtrip with family. It provided everything we needed, is in a beautiful, picturesque location and the sauna felt exceptionally amazing after we covered 30km of dirt road in the rain on motorcycles! Would definitely recommend & stay here again. :)

Lovely space both inside and in the sauna. The sauna area in the yard was atmospheric. Tidy everywhere and sheltered yard, teenagers had a great time at the pool table and anyway!

I didn't stay at this exact location, host used the same "water damage" excuse that can B seen in other reviews. I was offered a better, never listing by the host to stay at and that apartment was fantastic! Great location in a peaceful neighborhood.

The stay was very good for the price for a couple of days of Tuuri trip. The shop on the other side of the road was convenient for picking up breakfast and other needs, and the sounds of the restaurant didn't bother you in the week.
