Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ostrobothnia

We stayed at this wonderful cabin on the first night of our roadtrip with family. It provided everything we needed, is in a beautiful, picturesque location and the sauna felt exceptionally amazing after we covered 30km of dirt road in the rain on motorcycles! Would definitely recommend & stay here again. :)

Lovely space both inside and in the sauna. The sauna area in the yard was atmospheric. Tidy everywhere and sheltered yard, teenagers had a great time at the pool table and anyway!

Cozy and peaceful place to stay and the host is friendly. Not the most modern place but that wasnt what we were looking for (nor it is described as such) and felt relaxed during our stay.

I didn't stay at this exact location, host used the same "water damage" excuse that can B seen in other reviews. I was offered a better, never listing by the host to stay at and that apartment was fantastic! Great location in a peaceful neighborhood.

Sonja & Viking's fisherman's AirBnb was the picture perfect Finnish cottage! It really captures the feel of the countryside that you first see while driving towards it, making it a very satisfying feeling, especially if you are visiting for the first time. It's very comfy inside and makes you feel right at home, and the hosts are very helpful in pointing you towards local sights. This area is great for birding and anyone with a pair of binoculars is especially recommended to stay here!

The stay was very good for the price for a couple of days of Tuuri trip. The shop on the other side of the road was convenient for picking up breakfast and other needs, and the sounds of the restaurant didn't bother you in the week.

I was traveling with two golfers and I wanted to book a peaceful place for us to stay where everyone has the opportunity to have some privacy. Jan's place was the perfect choice for this. The boys ages 15 and 18 fell in love with the place as much as I loved it. The idyllic nature of the log house and the great steam in the yard sauna ensured that the weekend became perfect. The boys' game went brilliantly in the season's closing tournament. I recommend this place to all of you who want to spend a relaxing weekend in the tranquility of the Ostrobothnian countryside.

The apartment was as described. Nothing less or more. The best part was that the apartment was confirmed right away and we were able to travel with a short notice.

The stay went very well. We received good, clear instructions, and upon arrival, the host greeted us and provided additional instructions. We would have had a sauna in the yard sauna, but at the end of a long day, we were so tired we couldn't heat the sauna. The studio had everything you needed, and we got a good night's sleep! In the morning before we left, we went to see the animals on the farm, they were great! :) And very good, friendly service was all around! Definitely can come again! :)
