Martin and Nadja were very welcoming and friendly hosts. The house is immaculate, newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely location by the lake and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ferry. Delicious food at local restaurants and cafes recommended by Martin and Nadja. Thank you for our lovely stay!

We had a family vacation at Davide house, there were five of us. The house is very conveniently located, quiet, cozy house, all the amenities. A luxurious garage, since we were by car, it was even a priority. Convenient entry into the underground parking. The house is very nice, two bedrooms and a living room. Very neat and beautiful territory around, a large table in the garden, we enjoyed having breakfast every morning. You could see the lake and enjoy the fresh air in silence. We liked everything very much, we felt at home. I am very grateful to Davide for his house and hospitality.

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

It’s a magic place! If I could put 10 stars I would! Tastefully decorated, lots of charm, absolutely stunning views. Mattia and her family left us so many tasty surprises, that was sooo touching. The house itself is done with love and care for the guests with the attention to all the little details.. We absolutely adored the place. Please, take good care of it if it is your own or better, it’s a jewel!

What a lovely place! The views waking up in the morning is something else! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here and the little village of Berinno, it was everything expected it to be and more! Would certainly recommend especially for parking and views!

Marta’s place was perfect! Less than a 10 minute walk to duomo and shopping is within 3 minutes. So easy to get to the apartment from the airport. Once inside, the courtyard is clean, building is clean and no noise. Apartment was spotless! WiFi was great! Washer worked great and really got a lot of the water off the clothes. They dried quick hanging to dry! I hope to stay there again! Marta was a great host and responds to questions very quickly and made some great recommendations!

Very great apartment in a quiet, original and authentic location in a small mountain village. You get in touch with neighbors, but you need a car. The house is very lovingly furnished, it has everything you need and is modern and super clean. The view over the old rooftops to the lake is great. You'll feel comfortable even in bad weather. Opposite is a small restaurant (menu 25€ incl. Drinks) where you have to make a reservation. Hikes to the local mountain promise a beautiful view. Supermarket and pizzeria are 1-2km away. Check-in was great via self check-in. Nathalie also contacted us by phone and lovingly explained everything and gave tips. Only the address description is misleading, as Google sends you to the wrong street. But the residents of the street know and explain the right way :-). It's best to ask Nathalie for the geodata. The welcome gift has made up for the short excitement.

An amazing apartment right in the heart of Bergamo Alta. Amazing details too many to mention: well-stocked fridge, great furnishings, wonderful bathroom, also stocked as though it were a spa. Extremely comfortable bed. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

It was beautiful! The living room is a pure marvel. The outside is peaceful and the view is breathtaking! However, it was a little hot in the living room in the middle of summer. But we got used to it. Thank you for everything
