Great vacation at Alessio's, we were delighted with the welcome , communication , availability and kindness of Alessio.. the apartment is great, quiet and well located between Como and Belaggio , bus stop nearby , dock not far but you have to go down and up the 300 stairs 😊 In short: great holiday in Como lake..

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

Definitely new structure. The apartment had a beautiful terrace with a view of the rooftops of the city that was very evocative. Well-decorated, clean, and functional spaces. Nothing to object to. In communication, I would improve response times by phone or messaging. During our stay the fire alarm was triggered and communication with the support service was quite slow. Unique little mole of a stay, otherwise perfect

We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Carlos is a great host: Very helpful, warm and excellent at communicating. The apartment is spacious, extremely well maintained and well equipped down to the last detail (e.g. good knives, high-quality towels, beautiful wine glasses, etc.) . The apartment also has a very nice garden. The view from the apartment and garden over the mountains towards Milan is beautiful. We can only recommend the apartment and definitely want to come back for a next stay in the region.

Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.

Our stay was perfect, villa was better than anticipated. Was extremely clean on arrival and had everything we needed already there. They even left out towels for us which we had all forgot! Would recommend highly and would stay in again. Also everyone we met with regards to the property was very nice and friendly.
