Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

The phrase "they thought of everything" really applies here. All I had to do was think, "I wonder if they have..." and eventually I'd find it. The USB outlets and extra cables were a perfect touch. Even though we didn't need them, he clearly thought someone might appreciate it. The instructions before the stay and booklet inside the house were very well-written. Ryan was incredibly responsive to all my communications.

We stayed in this home over Christmas and it was perfectly cozy and delightful. The lake was frozen, the house was decorated with lights and a tree, and the bed was comfy. Also, I goofed and burned a pan when I was getting the hang of the stove and Stephanie took care of it for us quickly. Communication was easy. I hope to stay here again!

I can’t wait for our next visit. What a beautiful location, cozy home, with everything we needed. Kit was great on communication, and the home was just as advertised. We will definitely be back, in any season. Highly recommend if you’re re looking for a place to relax and unwind. Loved it!

The home was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The lake views are stunning. Our family loved kayaking, fishing, boating, visiting the local sugar house, and Alpaca farm. Charles was always responsive to any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful house in a perfect location - near Wolfeboro, near mountains. and gorgeous view of the lake. The house was in perfect order, clean, well-taken care of and comfortable. Nadia was responsive to all questions in a very timely and friendly manner. We had a terrific time and couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

This Airbnb was very cozy. We went in the winter on some cold days and it was the perfect place to hang out for the weekend with our toddler and dog. The entertainment basement was great for lounging, the kitchen was well stocked, the smoker on the patio was a nice addition as well. We slept comfortably and had a fun filled weekend thanks to this place!

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

This was the perfect place to get away for a few days. Julie was beyond accommodating and very helpful. The house was great and has so many fun things to do to keep everyone entertained! Cooking was easy in the fully stocked kitchen! Can’t wait to come back again :)

We enjoyed a great stay at this place, it was quiet and peaceful just what we were looking for. The food in the area was excellent and we enjoyed exploring some local spots. Will definitely return in the future

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this home . Excellent view of the lake and the beach in a little cove is fantastic. We heard loons in morning and evening and saw a bald eagle 1st morning. If you like canoeing or kayaking this is a great spot. Much quieter than other parts of the lake. The home is completely modernized with excellent appliances and very relaxing. Great dining not to far away. Can't wait to go back again next year

We had a great time staying at Richard and Julie's house. They were proactive in communicating with us beforehand and the house itself was exactly as billed in the pictures - comfortable, well-stocked, and very close to the water. I'd happily stay there again.

This house was awesome, very comfortable, host was very receptive &quick to answer inquiries. I would recommend this home if you are looking for a secluded relaxing place to stay or to hike through woods. However, getting there was a bit scary in the dark, there’s no street lights, the area is all woods &very dark, the roads very twisty & winding. The driveway to the house is about 1/2 mile long in a very dark wooded area, deer jumped out at us, & the road is all rocks and pebbles definitely better to have an SUV type vehicle. There are no stores around or pharmacy and not much to do in the area. Had to travel 20-40 minutes to get to stores. We did see 2 restaurants up the main road. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet comfortable place to just relax, and hang out this house is amazing. Very roomy, comfortable, extremely clean, fully equipped with all amenities. Beds extremely comfortable, clean, & many areas inside and out to just relax. We enjoyed this home.

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

We had a wonderful stay in the woods. The house was beautiful and comfortable and Miriam was very helpful and responsive. The hot tub was a highlight! Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Beautiful place, clean, right on a pond, and easily accommodated our large group. Lea was also very responsive, and was able to quickly resolve an issue we had with the locks when checking in. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and very responsive hosts! We arrived after it was dark (and had no cell service), so we were especially thankful for the clear directions and check-in instructions provided ahead of time. Upon entering we were instantly impressed. The house is cozy, welcoming, and very clean. We stayed in the colder months, so there were not many neighbors around adding to privacy and serenity. We had everything we needed to relax and be comfortable for 4 days and 3 nights. We took a walk down to the lake even though it was (very) cold, and got to see it frozen over and saw some ice fishing! The list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do were very helpful, and inspired us to take a day trip to North Conway to do the Conway scenic railroad! Hope to be back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the beautiful deck, fire pit, and string lights as well! Thank you! ◡̈

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

Beautiful spot! Far enough from everything to feel private and peaceful but not so far that it's inconvenient. Nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Our family of 5 with kids 7-19 had a great relaxing stay at this absolutely beautiful house! It’s out of the way but hosts were helpful with recommendations for groceries and restaurants and activities. The location on the lake had breathtaking views and the house had every amenity we could need! Thank you so much for a great stay!
