Vacation rentals with lake access in Oslofjord

Can highly recommend this home with large, lovely garden and several sunny patios. Located at perfect distance to Strömstad and nature experiences. Fully equipped cottage in quiet area. Warmly welcomed host couples who really care about your stay being as good as possible. I will be back!

Beautiful views to wake up to! I’m sure in the summer kayaking out on the water would have been awesome! Felt like a very safe neighborhood.

Fantastic weekend as this dream cabin - we easily fit nine girlfriends and had such a wonderful time! It had everything one needs, and great outdoor facilities as well. We opted for a taxi-boat into the island, and Sara was so helpful in her communication, tips, flexibility and hospitality during the stay. We also used the sauna which had a beautiful view of the sea, and swam all day long. Sara and her husband was so great with planning and ensuring the sauna was hot for us, and flexible and kind. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

My family of four highly recommends staying in Beate and Jakob’s schoolhouse. We slept great, had everything we needed and felt right at home in the beautiful setting. We even got to borrow snow racers and go sledding! I hope we can be back to enjoy the beach in the summer.

House with lots of character and good vibe. Beautiful views over lake and situated in a beautiful setting. Functionally furnished for a pleasant stay. Recommended for people who are looking for peace in a very beautiful area but also not want to be too far from cities such as Oslo and Hamar.

We had a super nice week at the lake house! Thank you, Maria & Klaus for this great holiday and the very good contact during the stay! The house is very lovingly decorated and very well equipped, for any weather the house/property offers something, so it can only get bored with a lot of effort. :-) The lake is really great, whether canoeing/boating, fishing, swimming or other activities. Also the surroundings are stunningly beautiful and anything but boring. There are many attractions in the area... from Ritzungen in rock walls, great hiking trails, nature reserves, the beautiful archipelago coast and waterfalls are all there. Shopping and refueling can be done 10 minutes away - yet you have the feeling of being "far away" and "in peace" in the house, which means that it is located right on the lake and a little deeper, which we really loved! We don't have any negative points, and can really highly recommend this place.

We got exactly what the listing described. It was clean and good and warm, and even the shovel for snow on the mårra.👍 Absolutely great in every way.

We had a great time at this modern and bright apartment, perfectly located in Oslo. The location is really great: close to public transportation, restaurants and main tourist attractions. We were able to explore everything on foot or using public transport, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment is very well equipped, with neat decoration and a warm atmosphere. The kitchen is functional, and the bedding is very comfortable. The little extra: the view from the balcony and the bedroom, which is absolutely superb! However, we encountered a small problem during our stay, after informing our host, a solution was found. In short, despite this little setback, the host was very responsive and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to come back during our next visit to Oslo!

We found that the landlord was easy to communicate with and wanted to facilitate the best possible experience for us. The location made this apartment special, as well as everything was clean and proper inside. We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

Very nice little apartment in a central location

We thank you for a perfect stay in a lovely located apartment. Close to ski slopes and trains to Oslo and Frognersæteren and the apartment is well decorated with beautiful views of the valley and to a rich bird life like outside the door. I had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist with any issues. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered. The house was comfortable and well-maintained. However, if you have a rental car, finding parking can be a bit difficult. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful time here with great views with very good opportunities for relaxation.

We had a lovely long weekend in the cabin, it was a perfect relaxing getaway and a great distance for Olso by car. Tomas was a great host, always helpful if we needed help getting there or anything within the cabin.

We had a great stay at Henrik's house. Optimal and super quiet location. We were able to do great hikes and excursions. The house is very cozily furnished and we had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back!

We had wonderful holidays in Åsa's house, the conservatory is an absolute highlight. The house is in a great location and communication with Åsa was very nice!

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this magnificent home. This is a special property, cared for with such loving detail by the owners. It has everything you need for a perfect lakeside holiday in the beautiful Swedish countryside. The views of the lake and sunset painted sky are surreal and peaceful. There are many things for guests to use, boats, kayaks, bikes, and games, stocked kitchen and BBQ! Tor has even created a walking path through the forest for guests to easily navigate right in their own backyard! The house is full of great spaces, many bedrooms/bathrooms plus common areas for relaxing in the surroundings of a majestic, pristine historical home. We feel very fortunate that they open their home to guests, it truly is a treasure. As host, Ellen was so accommodating and gracious and her attention to detail and availability to make her guests feel welcome and relaxed was evident and appreciated by us. We highly recommend this unique house by the lake and hope to return again!

Jenny is a wonderfull host. The house has everything you need and More. If you are lucky you Will spot a moose. We saw The tracks in The snow. The surrounding nature is very beautifull.
