The pictures do not do this home justice. You have to see it. Just the right touch of holiday decorations were throughout. The amenities and extra touches were truly appreciated. They provided many items you might forget and even those you wouldn’t think of, but may need. The home was so welcoming and the hosts were very responsive to all of our needs. This was my first AirBNB stay and they have definitely set the bar!

Kathy's Cottage is probably the nicest Airbnb where we have stayed. It was filled with interesting and historical knickknacks all neatly arranged. Breakfast foods, coffee and tea were plentiful. And Kathy and Bob were super friendly and most gracious hosts. Kathy communicated immediately every time we wrote to her. We highly recommend Kathy's Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Johnny's bnb. We chose it for the fenced in backyard for our dog and because they had a Christmas tree set up. It's a quick drive to downtown, just 8 minutes to the wonderful Ibis bakery. There was a park just a few blocks away which is good for dog walks. The bnb was very stylish, comfortable and had everything we needed, hot tub included. Would stay again.

The house was great. It was as advertised, as well as a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable place. All the guest that went loved it and joked about wanting to move in. It felt like home. Brandie, thanks for renting us your house, we loved it and it had everything we needed. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Great experience. Quiet neighborhood but close to highways 169,69 and I-35. Comfortable couches and beds . Bathrooms clean and linens and towels were crisp and clean. Lots of kitchen items and children playthings inside and yard. Communication was very good. Felt like a little expensive but it is Holiday season. Loved the touch of having the Christmas trees inside and decorations outside. TVs nice. And Karoke was very fun

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space. Everything was clean and well stocked with towels and linens. The home appeared to be recently renovated and the stairs and upstairs area were super creaky while walking around but otherwise it was great. I would be sure to read through the rules as there fees for early check in and some other items which I have not encountered with other hosts. Otherwise it was a great stay in a good location.

We truly enjoyed the cozy home. Worked well for 2 families. We were able to cook Christmas dinner in the lovely kitchen to share with relatives in a local nearby nursing home. Very clean home. We will be looking forward to staying again!

Cindy and Monte were accommodating and helpful! The place was spotless and had so many amenities. We only needed to stay for one night, but this would be perfect if you needed to stay a couple nights too. I would rate 10/10 if I could!

The pictures did not due the house justice. The house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious, and comfortable. The garage did malfunction but other than that everything else about this house is amazing. I definitely would stay again!
