Vacation rentals with a kayak in Osa

The stay at Casa Ballena was incredible! I stayed with three small kids and the accommodations were amazing! The queen size bunk beds were a real treat for the kids. The private beach access was amazing with beutiful views and the pool was a great way to refresh at high tide. It felt really safe and secure with 24-hour gated security. The amenities in the unit were great and the kitchen is amazing. I love waking up to the howler monkeys and the rainforest coming alive. You are located near all the best restaurants, and the vibe is on point. It was great working with Linda to book several tours, especially the zip-lining and surf lessons. If you are looking for a place to stay, go no further!

The treehouse was absolutely stunning and our highlight during our Costa Rica trip. It was really in the jungle and we got woken up by monkeys in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped and the aircon was very delightful. The restaurant next to the parking space serves good typical food and was just some steps away. It was also nice to have some short hiking trails around.

Saballo Lodge is an incredible place, set in beautiful surroundings in the jungle with a river plunge swimming pool, where birds and lizards chill on the rocks next to you, it's own jetty and free boats for kayaking on the river Sierpe, hammock hut and lovely cabins. Fireflies light up the grounds at dusk as you walk to the on site restaurant for dinner. We stayed with a toddler and after a month in CR, this was by far the most beautiful place we stayed. Breakfast is provided and Angelica and Henri were massive helpful with getting tours booked up and sorting everything out, despite our halting Spanish. We went on a mangrove tour, saw crocs, squirrel monkeys and more birds than were in the guidebook. We also went on night tours and saw an Oncilla, Opposum and frogs, as well as crocs on the way to the waterfall. We went canoeing in the river with our daughter and saw monkeys up close. Whilst theres no aircon in the lodges, we didnt need it and were fine with just the fans.

We had an excellent stay. The beds were very comfortable which has been not super common for us in CR. The wifi was great as my husband and I were both working. The host was very kind and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised the bugs were minimal for being so open air. The birds were amazing. The lookout point is beautiful. They were kind and flexible about late checkout for us. The host even took time to take us to the waterfall and natural jacuzzi on the property. He taught us about all the different kinds of trees. Mary was great as well. We hope to make it back to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Canavida! It was exactly what we were looking for, for our short stay in Uvita. We loved the location, views and jungle trek up to the house. The property was cute and clean and the pricing was fair. Overall great value and great service. Thank you Canavida!

The place was great. Alberto and Tamar gave us information about the area to enjoy the best possible and also gave us a good welcome coffee. We hope to visit the area again and this accommodation will always be a great option.
