Clean and tidy house. There is nothing missing to feel at home. Warm house upon our arrival. Tiziana is very kind and caring.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

It was located near a beautiful lake, so it was nice to take a walk in the morning and evening. The bedding in the bedroom was clean and there was a white sheet, so it was really nice. I had a pleasant stay in San Feliciano before heading out.

We had a wonderful stay at Tu Casa, Patricia was incredibly welcoming! She was completely accommodating to our arrival and welcomed us with a plate of meats and cheese, as well as plenty of coffee and breakfast supplies. The house itself is wonderful, with wonderful art works everywhere and lovely crooks and corners. It’s very close to the center of town, and all one could need to explore Perugia. Highly recommended!

Very caring and helpful host. The accommodation is cozy, sufficiently bright, practical, quiet. Remarkable location in the historic (and pedestrian) center of Perugia, a truly beautiful city that deserves a visit of at least three days. We'll be back.

The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Warm and spacious apartment, in a quiet area and very well located in the city of Perugia, which we fell in love with. If we have to find a small downside to this apartment it is the shower room which is small and not very convenient. However, we had a wonderful stay at Marco's apartment, who was always very nice and responsive! Recommended!

I booked this place for my mom and brother, they were excited about both the location and the human aspect of the owners, it was like feeling at home, highly recommended for those who want to carve out a little time to relax and get away from everyday life

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time is practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is located in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful apartment this is. Very spacious,extremely clean and so close to everything. The communication from our gracious host was exceptional. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to any visitors to Orvieto.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Alessandra host gentilissima, She was available and attentive to our every need Apartment clean and equipped with every comfort, true to description The kitchen is perfectly equipped We had to check out earlier than expected for personal needs and we did not have the opportunity to properly arrange the apartment, Alessandra was very kind and understanding even at this time We'll definitely be back

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Awesome choice of house in the countryside of San Quirico in Val D 'orcia, although there are villages more advertised like Pienza or Montepulciano, feel free to choose the stay in San Quirico, nice house cozy and city close to the village !!!

Antonello's apartment is very convenient for visiting Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly and professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Since we are also hosts in Venice, we shared information and issues related to our work; advice is always welcome. We will definitely be back.

Spacious apartment with a private outdoor space. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day. Eliza and her mother were friendly and helpful.
