A very enjoyable stay Tanner was very helpful in sorting out any problems we had the swimming pool was very well kept all in all it was a very lovely stay and would visit again

easy walk to shops and restaurants. large home for two families. had everything we needed. great washing machine large fridge.

Kamil was very hospitable, met and picked us up when we got lost in Dalaman. Organized a taxi for our departure and was ready to help with other small things we needed. The house was nice and clean, near the airport, which was perfect for us. The only downside is there is really no restaurants or stores around, but that's generally what Dalaman looks like unless you are by the airport road or in the downtown.

Villa Ada was amazing. Great location about 15 mins walk to town. Everything you needed in the house. Shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fly/mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Pool area was spacious with lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Plenty of wardrobe space, fresh towels and beach towels. Dilay was helpful and always replied to our enquiries. We would definitely come back !

Villa was really lovely and spacious especially as there was only 3 of us. Pool was amazing. Emre and Victoria were always helpful especially with delayed flight and meeting us at the Villa late. Thank you. Location was lovely and great to see the swifts doing dance shows for us! Would have been helpful to have a welcome pack about the area, market, dolmus, excursions etc. Shame the centre is very touristy and hard to find Turkish shops but you can leave it all behind with a super walk by the river with stunning views. Thanks for a great stay, have been recommending to others.

A lovely peaceful location set in an orchard. Only 1 Mile from Dalyan town centre. The pool is lovely, 3 Bathrooms is a bonus and comfortably sleeps 8. The local scenery and wildlife is lovely. Close to all the local activities but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil time with the family when you need it

Our host Alperen was very caring and responded instantly with every issue. The location of the house is very good, like in the middle of everything. It was very ideal for first timers like us. Equidistant to Marmaris, Akyaka, Fethiye. The fact that it is close to the airport is another advantage. Overall, we were satisfied, but we noticed it was inadequate for three days. For longer stays, better efficiency can be obtained.

This is an amazing villa that is in a great quite location. The walk into the centre of Dalyan is flat and doesn't take long at all, around 20-25 mins. All of the bedrooms are comfortable, and the pool is perfect. Great for families with small children as well as older groups wanting their own place to chill while enjoying the local area. Filiz is an amazing host, with exceptional communication throughout, and really does want your stay to be the best it can. Thank you Filiz, 5 stars!!

In fact, there are a total of 4 rooms, and there is a basement where you can see under the pool. The overall room was very cozy and very well equipped. Recommend to drive yourself

We stayed 9 nights over October half term as a family of 5. The villa is stunning. Looks even better in real than the photos. The location is perfect. In a quiet street but within a short walk to the main marina and promenade. The villa is fabulous internally, high spec throughout. Fast WiFi for kids. The pool area is very peaceful and filled with fruit trees and palms to provide shade and lighting at night for alfresco dining. Ugur was a brilliant host, clear instructions before we arrived and always helpful during our stay. Gocek is a beautiful little town with friendly locals and amazing restaurants cafes and shops. We ate at many places every evening especially fresh fish. Prices were fair. Lovely market on a Sunday. The location is also a short transfer from Dalaman airport (20 mins approx). All in all a brilliant villa in a beautiful coastal town. Best holiday ever. Thank you Ugur our host. We will be back .

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids who felt right at home! It was a perfect get away place peaceful and relaxing. Esra's communication and responsiveness was second to none. It made the stay so much better for us. She was always trying to support and help with all of the group's requirements. The property itself was tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. The whole group had private space and when we wanted to get together the communal space was equally good. Would highly recommend this place!

Halide place was absolutely stunning and it was even better in person. It was all state of the art appliances and breath taking inside. The location was about a 15 minute walk to downtown which always increased our appetite and helped us digest on the way back. The last few days the internet was in and out, but Halide was always responsive and willing to help. Majority of the essentials are included, but if you stay with a large group, you will definitely need to restock on some of the amenities. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home for your next vacation.

The villa is very modern spacious and a lovely space to spend time. The pool area is peaceful and has a wonderful view. We had a toddler who loved the garden and play area. The beds were comfortable and the whole villa was very clean. We enjoyed using the bbq and outdoor eating area. We would definitely visit again. Tolga was also very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

I had the pleasure of spending three nights at the beautiful villa and I can only report positive things. The cleanliness of the villa was exceptional; everything was spotless and well maintained. It was obvious that the provider attaches great importance to hygiene and care. The communication with Mr. Ismail was also exemplary. From the first contact, he was always available, friendly and helpful, which made the entire booking and stay process very pleasant. From the villa, it takes only five minutes to the City of Göcek a half hour drive to the city of Fethiye and about an hour to Ölüdeniz, which makes the location particularly attractive. A small note: The driveway to the villa is very steep and therefore not suitable for deep or lowered cars. Overall, everything was very high quality, from the decor of the villa to the amenities. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay, swimming pool was clean and with a children section. We could use the bikes to get to town and the host bought a child seat for the bike. Host is very helpful and friendly.

Ali's accommodation was perfect for us spending a couple of days in Dalyan after attending a wedding in southern Turkey. The listing accurately describes the accommodation, very clean and well appointed. Lovely pool and bbq. Ali is great, very responsive and hospitable. We stayed in his nearby mintaapart for the day after checking out which was ideal for us having an evening flight.

Such a beautiful home. After being delayed and a long days travel, the house was so nice to arrive to. It was very clean and cosy, showers were nice and hot and the beds were very comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly and the pool was amazing. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. A big big thank you to the hosts for being so friendly and so welcoming. Very comfy beds, and sunbeds, 15 mins walk to the centre, we enjoyed the views, loved the pool, and it had what we needed. Gets the sun all day ☀️
