We loved this beach house! The access to the beach was so close and convenient. The house was so well maintained and stocked better than any airbnb house we have stayed at. We really appreciated all the extras amenities that were provided…. beach towels, putters and balls for the fun putt putt, a propane firepit, beach toys for renters with kids, wagon, beach cart. The list goes on. The beds were comfy. Shawn and Jennifer got it right! They were very pleasant to work with. We will definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!!

Charming Family Friendly Beach Home, Fenced Yard

Cute little house n a quiet area but close to everything. Our family of 4 stayed in the main area and the 2nd floor was perfect for another couple and their toddler. We hosted thanksgiving and it was great to have the back deck and yard to spread out into. The house was well equipped and we would look to stay here again in the summer season!

This place was perfect for my little family. Everyone felt right at home including my dog! The location was great and convenient to everything!! The house had all you could need. The host was great and very responsive. Would highly recommend this place!

If you are ever in the Myrtle Beach area, this is the place to stay at! It’s in North Myrtle Beach which is around 20-25 minutes from Myrtle Beach so it’s far enough from the crowd and having a more peaceful setting but close enough to drive down the highway to get to all of the attractions. A lot of attractions nearby too from the condo. The unit was nice and clean, the place looks nice and modern, and the host was super quick and responsive with any kind of issue that came up. Beautiful place and amazing views! Recommended this place 1000%

Our stay was fantastic. Brian was great at communication and assisting us when needed. The home is beautiful and a great location with all the amenities that you need. I would definitely stay at his property in the future and highly recommend his property for a stay at Sunset Beach.

We loved our stay at the condo! The location was great and very quiet. It was the perfect size for my family of four. The kids were a bit sad the pool was closed since the cover was off and it appeared to be open but the closed sign was up but we knew there was a good chance it wouldn’t be open for the season. The building’s outdoor shower was also off but the one on the beach access worked great.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Nick’s beach home. It was spacious and tidy, and in a great location for walking to the beach. Nick was very proactive with instructions for check-in and check-out, and was an overall great host!

My stay at Kenneth’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—those emerald green chairs added a vibrant and luxurious touch! The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to prepare meals. Kenneth was an exceptional host—communicative, courteous, and made sure everything was in place for a smooth check-in and stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future!

Second time staying here, and we still love the lovely house, the location, the views of the canal and OIB. Plenty of space for our 6 member family, close to beach (3 minute walk), private canal pier. Highly recommend, just make sure to pack toiletries and linens!

I definitely recommend and will re book with them again in a few month hopefully!! Everything was clean and let’s not forget the nice balcony and view of the beach/ocean! I also loved that it had a cute A FULL kitchen stove/oven,dishwasher and all the kitchen you need from paper towel to utensils,dish detergent!!! Thank you for the stay it was awesome! Also check was easy and stress free !!

Our stay was far too short! The house was beautiful! Had a great backyard for my kids to play, and a perfect bunk bed for them! My two oldest girls did not want to leave! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying! We had one question and Sofia responded right away! Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in while we were in NC. We will deff stay again when we come back to visit!!

Great location right across the street from the beach. There’s a beautiful pool and basement with bathroom and lounge space that we didn’t use but would be great for a family. Though sheets were provided we had to make our beds when we arrived and bath towels are not provided. Would be nice if bath towels were included and the beds were ready to be used upon check in. Otherwise, a perfect spot to relax during a shell hunting vacation.

My family and I had an amazing time at Sandy’s place. It was a gorgeous location, beautiful view of the waterway, minutes( like 2) from ocean isle beach, and only 10 min from sunset beach (our favorite). Sandy responded quickly and had excellent “local knowledge”. 10/10 would stay here again.

We stayed at Terries place a few nights. Exactly as described, with personal touch. Terrie messaged us to make sure everything was going well. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Has a pool and gym! The grounds were beautiful. Took morning walk with cup of coffee around the complex, beautiful. Very peaceful. Beach is very close by. Will definitely stay again. Renovated Beach Front Condo

Ultimately the stay was amazing. Our only hiccup was finding out as we were on our way to SC that there was additional docs the condo needed before I could get the code. Communication was lagged and it was stressful. We ultimately did get checked in fine but being pregnant and traveling with a 1 year old even small stress feels big. Sheila was quick though to review my concerns and get us in the property asap and that was immensely appreciated! I will say she was also very accommodating when i asked to pay to check-in during the AM instead of PM. The unit was great! We vacationed here as kids and it’s all the same! Everything was very clean and well organized. Just remember to grab all condiments and such like sugar/salt as there’s none in the unit. Kroger is only min away though. The beds and linens were all soft and cozy. I loved that the unit felt homey and not just another cold rental. You can tell Sheila cares for her guests and properties. We would million times over stay again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our toddler loved the house, it allowed plenty of space for the late night zooming to be had. It was a very short walk to the beach and super close to great restaurants! Sharon was super responsive and helpful with our questions! We loved it!

Had a great stay, everything you needed was there. Furniture was comfortable to relax on at night after a long day, big tv with all the channels you need. Nice neighborhood with friendly people. Great fishing off the dock and the front porch great for early sun and the back deck for great sunsets. We rented a golf cart to travel around the area to go to the grocery store ,restaurants, bars and the beach fun way to see the area. Has a nice Weber charcoal grill to cook great dinners. Will definitely be back next spring. Thanks for a great week.

My husband and I had the absolute best time at Linda’s Beach Cottage at OIB! As soon as we walked through the door childhood memories flooded back, we have finally found our home away from home. We absolutely adored the outside areas and the warm homey feeling of the cottage. We didn’t cook this stay, but I was so impressed that the kitchen was fully equipped and loved the gas stove. I can see so many future memories to be made at the downstairs seating around the gas fire pit while we fish off the dock! Beach is a 3 minute walk and so many restaurants under a 10 minute walk. Everyone was so friendly and the neighborhood was impeccable. We cannot wait to come back to the Beach Cottage with our family every year!
