Vacation rentals with breakfast in Oropi

Rose and Wal's place was such an amazing stay. We were greeted with friendly smiling faces and were pleasently surprised by the AirBnB because the photos just do not do the space justice. They were both so responsive and were always willing to help! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks again Rose and Wal!

Can’t fault Graham or his place at all! He was so helpful. We were able to give him a time we were arriving and he had the house opened up and ready. Perfect place to relax, very peaceful. He has thought of everything you might need.

Great stay in Ohauiti. Peter provides excellent comms, making the experience very simple. Clean tidy place which met all our needs (and more - our host also supplied eggs, bread, cereal etc - what a star). Completely recommend this accommodation to others and hope to use again in the future.

We had a great stay at Wendy’s place. It is a lovely house and very convenient to hobbiton and also to Matamata and not far to Cambridge. We hope to stay again 😄

We loved our stay at Nathan’s place. He was so accommodating for our baby, leaving toys, a cot, and a high chair. We also appreciated the fresh fruit and snacks for us! The location is perfect for exploring all there is to do in the area!

We were there for One Love concert and location was perfect, central to the Bayfair Mall & to our destination too in Tauranga! Place was actually nice & quiet considering we were by the airport. Lovely touch with Weetbix & cereal too. Kitchen & Bathroom spacious. We all absolutely loved it thank you Mandy :).

Fantastic place to stay, right in an Avocado Orchard with nature all around, yet close to town and amenities, super lovely spot.

We loved Irene’s Place! We felt right at home and were really comfortable in the space. Irene was so responsive and lovely. We especially liked the little home comforts she left for us - fresh milk, some cereals, kids toys which for us made it so much easier and really added that extra touch. Our kids loved sitting in the sun in the morning outside while they ate their breakfast too! Would highly recommend Irene and Bills place for a visit to Papamoa!

Sue and Ron were excellent host, they respected our privacy the entire stay. The studio itself had a homely feel and was super clean. Location was perfect, close to literally everything yet peaceful.

Peaceful location on the lakefront, comfortable beds , loved the bifold windows at the front which allowed us to really appreciate the view. Host is lovely and lots of little touches such as cold water, simple breakfast, coffee machine made our stay wonderful.

Patricia was the best host- very friendly and inviting! We loved our stay at her beach house, such a beautiful, peaceful spot. Perfect for relaxing and short drive to restaurants & shops. Patricia left welcoming supplies, food & drink. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need for a beach stay. Wonderful stay with a wonderful host!

Kakariki haven is a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Clean and comfortable flat. Very close to beach/cycleways/supermarket/golf. Great hosts. The use of the bikes made for an excellent break from busy life.

David’s accommodation was excellent! Just like the photos. It was so near the bustling town and so much to do! I would be so happy to stay there again when coming to New Zealand from Colorado!

Jude was a fantastic host. Gave loads of recommendations and made me feel right at home. The room was incredibly cozy!

Only stayed one night, but would happily have stayed longer. Bright, clean accommodation that felt cosy. Lovely garden which we enjoyed strolling around.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean tidy and spacious. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were very nice and Jon and Kellie were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Great weekend’s stay at Ginie’s place…. Great hot tub; first line lake view and private… what else you can expect… Awesome place… As a Perk … great LP vinyl records … just jumped in and started with Led Zeppelin II, comunique, Hendrix, Clapton, Alman BB,etc etc

Nice little room with everything we needed in a quite neighbourhood near the shore of lake rotorua.
