Beautiful, convenient location! We used the grill one night and ate dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. Perfect!

My husband and I stayed at Grahams place with our two young kids. A cot and safety gates were already set up on our arrival and graham came out to say hello and let the kids feed the cows and pigs. The accommodation is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We went on a short hike from the house to a private lake for a swim. We had a great time and would recommend this accommodation to our friends and family. Thanks Graham.

My family stayed here at the last minute when our other accommodation fell through and we were absolutely blown away! A beautiful home with beautiful surroundings. So peaceful and awesome waking up with cows around you! Felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Wendy was a superstar host with fresh milk and a fully stocked cupboard and freezer for us for a continental breakfast. We felt very spoiled and well looked after by Wendy. Never been happier to have our accomodation fall through - can’t wait to stay again soon!

The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was centrally located with a short drive to all the attractions. Ideal for our group of six.

Annie & Steve's place has lovely indoor and outdoor living space. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. I had everything I needed. I could live in this house not just stay in it for a few days. The garden/avocado orchard created a beautiful and peaceful environment. I thoroughly recommend this place!

We were there for One Love concert and location was perfect, central to the Bayfair Mall & to our destination too in Tauranga! Place was actually nice & quiet considering we were by the airport. Lovely touch with Weetbix & cereal too. Kitchen & Bathroom spacious. We all absolutely loved it thank you Mandy :).

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Immense gratitude to them both, I wish them continued success in their hosting lives and thank them for the privilege of being able to stay in their home.

This is a beautifully laid out apartment, well decorated and very comfortable. Whilst in the centre of Mount Matanui and only one street back and a 3 min walk from the main shopping and restaurant street it was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and the apartment had everything you would need. I have no hesitation in recommending this very highly.

This is a great, spacious apartment with close quiet neighbours and all the facilities one needs. Supermarket is just there and close to town as well. Well recommended!

Visiting from TA, booking this spot was effortless. Dave & Cathy were so welcoming, from instructions to getting in and just welcoming us when we arrived at the place. Place was clean and felt like we were at home from the get go when we walked in. Peaceful and private just what we needed. Cant thank them enough for letting us stay at their spot and the breakfast that was available and keft was a bonus Thanks Dave & Cathy We will recommend and come visit again when we are coming this way

This was our second stay at Jude’s BnB, and it was just as great as the first! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and conveniently located near central Rotorua. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in Kellie and Jon's clean guest wing at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Kellie and Jon are friendly helpful hosts and the complimentary bottles of beer and wine are a nice touch. Beach towels and boogie boards are also provided for guests use which is another extra friendly touch. We would happily stay again.

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay and Ginie and Bob’s place. It really was originally a boat house, converted into a studio stand-alone apartment. A lot of thought went into making this small place suitable for guests. We adored all the breakfasts items Ginie provided for our three night stay. The banana bread and frittatas were standouts, but also lots of cereal, fruit, fresh dairy products and more. Outside, we enjoyed sitting by the lake after long days of exploring the area. So peaceful! Even duck food was provided for having fun with the ducks on the lake. There is a new spa that they welcome guests to enjoy. Our busy schedule didn’t permit us to take advantage of it, but I would prefer it to sitting in a sulfur-smelling spa in town. Ginie and Bob are genuinely kind and personable, if you have the opportunity to say hi.

This place was heaven for us! David was a perfect host, super friendly and accommodating. I loved his tour of his extensive garden, and all the fresh produce he shared with us. The setting and the home is beautiful. I liked exploring the grounds and photographing the sheep. David was really helpful with travel recommendations.

Andrea is an outstanding host. We give her 5 stars for her hospitality, her good humor, her vitality and all the attention, recommendations etc. Thanks to her, we lived the New Zealand experience to its maximum. It's a favorite.
