Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Orleans

I had a great stay at the boathouse. There was great communication between the host and I. Nancy kindly excepted an early check-in as I flew on a redeye from LA to Boston.. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places that I stay on the Cape!

The house is great. Well located, easy for groups. Jim was a fabulous host. Quickly responding to every text. We will be back.

Marina’s home is so beautiful and clean! We had a crowd of couples and singles, the space fit everyone perfectly! Ample bathrooms, space for relaxing, and comfortable beds! We hope to be welcomed back.

The house was cozy, quaint, and spotless—perfect for our off-season weekend getaway! Adele was incredibly accommodating and flexible with us, and her communication was top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was great and we were able to rent a both units of the duplex! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking large group meals and was close to town when we wanted to go out for food. Daniele was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

Darryl was very responsive host, he also was flexible and accommodated our request for an early check in. The home was very clean and well equipped. The only suggestion we have, is to upgrade the water heater, as we had to wait for it to reheat after a couple of showers. We will definitely come back again!!

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Great apartment. Close to the beach and great restaurants, but also quiet and peaceful. Slept better here than I do at home.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

Ryan was extremely helpful, proactively communicated, flexible, and a really gracious host. Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be and we had no needs to communicate about. I imagine if we had, he’d have been immediately responsive because he reached out to us in advance, making sure we were set for check-in, and reached out prior to check-out to be sure we were aware of the (easy-to-follow) instructions. Couldn’t have been a smoother stay!

Mary Alice's place is so charming, equipped with everything I needed in daily life, and surrounded by full of green and peaceful neighbors. She is also very responsive and supportive in the communication. Definetely recommend, and wish to come back again!

Lisa was very nice and communicated all information perfectly! Very clean and supplied with everything you need for a getaway. I forgot a hair dryer and Lisa saved the day! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place on the Cape with great quality!

Patty's space is beautiful, clean and very spacious! Even with 3 of us, we had plenty of room. Warm and inviting. Patty is an extremely responsive host and we really enjoyed our weekend stay!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in Andrew and Eva’s wonderful apartment and we’re already planning for our 4th visit. The location is fantastic. The apartment is charming and very comfortable as has everything we need. Steve, who manages the property for them, is an absolute gem and was a delight to communicate with. We love Wellfleet and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We had a great New Years stay in Provincetown and this location was great for the two of us. And a great view from the deck of the fireworks downtown. The Historic District is beautiful and easy walking to the main downtown area. Nicely decorated and all up to date kitchen and bath. We hope to get back in the future.

Our stay was perfect and now we are spoiled by such an ideal location! It was my husband's first visit to Provincetown and we enjoyed every minute. Steven gave a wonderful recommendation for a birthday dinner at Ciro and Sals. It did not disappoint. The condo is so well thought out and appointed, you could easily cook. But with so many great places to visit, we chose to eat out and soak in the hospitality of the locals. Visiting in the off season was a great way to experience the Outer Cape. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, meticulously clean, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to all the points of interest...what a special place.

Easy to make ourselves comfortable. Stayed for a week and there were lots of drawers and shelf space to put our stuff, and purchases. The condo had everything we needed to have a great stay in P’town. The view from the porch was beautiful, and there was a comfortable deck where we could sit and watch the boats. Overall, we made a great choice for our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apt in the center of it all! Very clean and modern. Highly reccomend!

The condo was very nicely updated. we were close to everything in the downtown area. We were busy with our conference. Wish we were staying here longer so we could enjoy the space more.
