Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Orleans

I had a great stay at the boathouse. There was great communication between the host and I. Nancy kindly excepted an early check-in as I flew on a redeye from LA to Boston.. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places that I stay on the Cape!

The house is great. Well located, easy for groups. Jim was a fabulous host. Quickly responding to every text. We will be back.

Marina’s home is so beautiful and clean! We had a crowd of couples and singles, the space fit everyone perfectly! Ample bathrooms, space for relaxing, and comfortable beds! We hope to be welcomed back.

The house was cozy, quaint, and spotless—perfect for our off-season weekend getaway! Adele was incredibly accommodating and flexible with us, and her communication was top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was great and we were able to rent a both units of the duplex! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking large group meals and was close to town when we wanted to go out for food. Daniele was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

Lucky was an awesome host! She was quick to respond with any questions and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This space has a great location! It's close enough to walk to town and a short drive to the beach . The studio was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and has all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Great apartment. Close to the beach and great restaurants, but also quiet and peaceful. Slept better here than I do at home.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

The photos and description do not do this place justice. From the moment we walked in we felt gently hugged by every detail. Beautifully designed, restful shapes and colors, local art everywhere, wood and glass and stained glass--not too much, just enough visual interest. The fireplace was wonderful--it generates heat and it was well below freezing most of the time we were there! The kitchen is terrific: lots of counter space, great appliances, serviceable spice rack, three kinds of balsamic, a candle to light at the table, standard size washer dryer. Quiet and lovely, watching the tide come and go, wildlife everywhere, quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and two full-size couches for stretching out. We love the lower cape but it was hard to leave this space--we were so happy just to stay in. Thanks so much for the best AirBNB we've ever enjoyed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. Lovely stay, walkable/bike-able, loved being on the water. Stairs to bedroom area are a bit steep — important to consider if you have mobility issues. Was not a concern for us. The downstairs deck is under construction but we did not experience any noise over the weekend. Would rent again!

I've been going to Provincetown my whole life, mostly for day trips. My husband and I took a little weekend away and it was GREAT. Coziest, sweetest, best designed and located place to stay.

Great apt in the center of it all! Very clean and modern. Highly reccomend!

We had a great stay here and the location was perfect! Just be mindful of the stairs leading up to the apartment.
