Vacation rentals with beach access in Orikum

A nice and quiet apartment, very close to the beach and cozy restaurants. Parking was also very easy, Albi's apartment is recommended!

A great apartment with sea views and all amenities. In a few minutes you are on the promenade of Himarë, with great restaurants and water sports facilities. Egerin and his father were very friendly and easy to reach - we will be happy to come back!

Artemisa's place is spotlessly clean, looks exactly like the pictures and is very comfortable. It's exceptional value for money. The location is a short walk from the beach and promenade which is great for food or coffee. There's a bakery nearby, as well as a Diambe Market across the road. Artermisa is really friendly and very fast to respond if you need anything, as well as having plenty of local recommendations. Her family live nearby and are very friendly, too. Her uncle even came with me to try to fix a scratch on the hire car - just really welcoming people. (Worth noting that although her family live nearby, the airbnb is still completely private and we saw them to say hello a few times each week - it's a great balance). Wifi is also a really good speed for working remotely or streaming.

We were extremely pleased with Albina’s apartment. It had everything you could want, very stylish, neat and clean. Balcony overlooked the sea. The store was convenient. Great place to relax and take in the sun. Albina was very accommodating in every aspect. She went out of her way to make sure we took the correct bus to leave!

Tedi is a great host and I was even able to check in earlier as the cleaners were already ready. very nice view and a lovely bath on the balcony. thank you!

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Huge apartment with a number of balconies and gorgeous views. It had a great, expansive feel to it and was well equipped, though the furnishings were quite Spartan. Ot was a very tranquil environment. It would have been even nicer with comfortable chairs or loungers on the main balcony. The roads to the house were in very poor condition, but we managed the drive ok. As a senior, the path to the nearby cove was too difficult for me, and walking to town strenuous. The hosts were kind and helpful. Anna was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

We had a wonderful stay! Following a plane problem, Kristoforo welcomed us to her accommodation in the middle of the night! Small intentions had been left in the house (bread, wine, fruit and water). The views are amazing, beaches and small shops were easily accessible on foot. We can only recommend this place!

The apartment from Arsen was very nice and clean. It has everything you need for a vacation. Also you have a lot restaurants and bars around and also supermarkets. The sea view from the balcony is amazing. I highly recommend the place and would definitely come back.

The quality of this place is unmatched, especially for Albania. Felt like luxury housing, staying in a one bedroom so close to the beach. Right above a market, around the corner from the promenade and all its restaurants and shops. Beach is a short walk as well, maybe five minutes. Truly lovely to stay here. Host responds to questions quickly, and is super friendly. Only thing I’ll say is I found myself waking up when the bedroom AC kicked on in the middle of the night, and is very strong overall, so if you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to cold, I would suggest sticking to only the main AC. Would love to go back, had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment a lot. In particular the kitchen was very well equipped and the sea view from the balcony is fantastic. The nearest beaches are very nice. We were almost the only ones there (as it was October and off-season). All in all a great apartment and a fantastic vacation :)

Our stay was fantastic! First, we loved the location. It's at the bottom edge of the promenade so we could walk along it and be around more people and restaurants or go the opposite direction for calmer surroundings. The beach directly in front of the apartment is shallow and great for kids. However, I'm a swimmer and the beach right outside and to the left is deeper. I woke up every morning and swam there which was a real treat. The newly remodeled kitchen was a dream to cook in. We didn't eat out much because we liked cooking at home. The couch and bed are new and extremely cozy and comfortable. The couch is super deep and extra comfortable for tall people. We worked remotely for 3 weeks and the wifi was fast and reliable. The air conditioners work very well and the apartment stayed cool after we turned them off. The shower had hot water, and was spacious, with both overhead and hand-held showerheads. Thanks to our hosts for their kindness and hospitality. We hope to return!

Javier's place was very up to date and comfortable, with a fantastic location that was near anything you need from currency exchange, car rental, market, souvenirs, beach and excellent restaurants. Javier has been very easy to communicate with perfect English, and lots of contacts for anything you may need.

The apartment is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the location, being a 20 minute walk from the centre of Saranda. We found a wonderful local Taverna where we ate several times. There are several shops nearby for groceries. It was a quiet area and the stand-out feature is of course the fantastic views from the balcony. Ludovic was very friendly and helpful.

Top of top option if you want to stay and enjoy your holiday. Lovely view, super new furniture and you can find everything you need!

What a great location and facility exceeded our expectations as was in perfect order. Rubin was readily available to address any questions and made our stay a perfect experience. Truly enjoyed out stay and hope to return. Great value and well kept secret!!!
