Condo vacation rentals in Orient Bay

The hosts are amazing, very helpful, and knowledgeable. The Airbnb was nice and clean. It wasn’t far from town and close to a supermarket and a gas station by car.

Excellent Stay! Well-appointed studio provided my sister and I with everything we needed during our week stay, i.e., comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, powerful AC units, fishing gear, beach chairs, and even umbrellas! It felt like home. What's best is that it is set right on Maho Beach and the entertainment strip. The balcony allowed us to view the planes coming in and control noise when we wanted to because the balcony doors are soundproof. The grounds are immaculate. The balcony overlooks a vast garden and the pool/jacuzzi area. Dale and Joy were also very communicative and quick to respond to our many inquiries regarding excursions. We rented a vehicle for the trip, which they were also intricate in helping with. This was a partial business trip. Dale and Joy set us up with the premier Realtor on the island, which was also a wonderful experience. I will stay here AGAIN and AGAIN!

Marie was a lovely responsive host. The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was so nice to have coffee and wine on the deck listening to the waves. We had a wonderful week and will be back!

The place is a delight as soon as you walk in the place smells amazing, looks good and has allot of space. There were even extra amenities things you usually have to go out and buy, like coffee milk and good hair products. There were enough towels and extra blankets. The only minor point was the night club right outside your door. We visited once and it was ok but to hear the music until 3am every night while you are trying to sleep was not very nice. As we were only staying for 3 nights and it was not the fault of the hosts we made the best of it. As we had a very early flight we left very early and missed out on having our last coffee on the balcony which is such a nice perk at this place.

Very nice apartment, right on a beach, specious, great view, 5 min walk to the best restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, comfortable beds, beach towels are provided. Parking is in front of the building, always had an available spot. Recommend!

This place was amazing. I would absolutely come back. 1) View / Beach - the view from the balcony was so beautiful. We spent many mornings, afternoons and evenings out there. The beach is also gorgeous. This was my favorite beach on SXM. It’s quiet, was never super busy, and the waters were calm. There is no public parking for this beach which is probably why it wasn’t overrun with tourists. 2) Communication and support - the team was great, provided great instructions and recommendations, they will even make dinner reservations for you! 3) Mary’s Boon - it’s pretty great having Mary’s Boon next door for meals and drinks literally steps away. 4) Location - close to the airport (you will listen to / watch planes take off and land every day which we actually enjoyed), close to Maho, Mullet, a small market down the road and nearby shopping by Mullet. 4) Unit - Kitchen had everything we needed, each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath with laundry, and a nice pool onsite

Amazing place and amazing host who is ready to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as great as possible. If you are lucky enough to see this place available - don't think twice. Totally worth it!

We went to Jean-Christophe's from July 11 to 18, 2024. You should know that it's the low season and so it was very quiet. Several restaurants were closed but we found beautiful places nearby (Lulu, restaurants in Orient Bay). The street of the condo has no name so you really have to rely on the video of the path Jean-Christophe sends us. He's super proactive👍🏻. The condo is two floors and it was super clean and well decorated. All the amenities were present and we did not miss anything. The condo has air conditioning in the main room (living room-kitchen) as well as in both bedrooms. We ate outside all week on the lovely terrace because the indoor table was less suitable for children (bar style). There is also a beautiful in-ground pool that is shared with the other condos on the estate. Loved our stay!! You won't regret it 👌🏻

Perfect accommodation for a dream stay in St-Martin, very clean accommodation, incredible view of the sea, it feels like a boat Super comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for having us

Damiens Apartment is situated in a former hotel, now residence area, so its very quiet. there is direct access to the beach, but while we were there there were a lot of algae, so walking till to the beach chairs and bars took about 15-20min walking on the beach. If you drive its about 10 min drive away to the main square of the beach with all the restaurants and the beach bars. directly at the grounds is a pizzeria which is great for your first day, when you dont havr the energy to go anywhere and still get food. Two other good restaurants are a 2-5 min by car and the supermarket is also just about 5 min away by car and no matter where you are going you always pass the supermarket, so its convenient that its on the way. Contact with Damien was good, he always replied fast. At the beginning we would have wished for a little bit better communication about the water cuts due to a break in the water facility on the french side, but after we asked he sent us to links to newspapers where we could look up the times ourselves. You definitely need a car and there was enough parking space on the grounds. overall we enjoyed our stay at Damiens apartment!

Shelly was fantastic, apartment was the best deal we could possibly hoped for, we wanted to stay in Cupecoy area so this location was perfect for us. It was four of us, we were able to sleep comfortably and fit all our clothes in the closet. From drying rack to floaters, we found everything we needed in the apartment.

Had a wonderful holiday!!! Everything was perfect and moreover , Stephanie and Stephane are amazing hosts. Loved this place . You felt really good there. Even when I search , I can't find anything negative about my stay . I never book twice in the same place and the …. I'm getting ready to book again this winter! I recommend the Shamrock!

We had a wonderful stay, the location was very convenient as it was close to all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery store and restaurants are just steps away, the beach is about a 10 minute walk. The condo was just as the pictures depict and the check in was extremely easy as the host sent very clear instructions. Host was very responsive and extremely accommodating, looking forward to our next visit!

Accommodation booked for a couple of friends for their first night on the island. Excellent communication from Camille. Impeccable accommodation, very clean and consistent with photos... The view of the pool and the Bay complete the advantages of this very well-equipped studio...

Anne is definitely a super host being very responsive and making sure we were comfortable. Anne made time to greet us when we arrived which was very special. The condo is well located and had all the appliances and resources to have relaxing stay and also very quite. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from the patio. My only negative feedback is there are lots mosquitoes in the condo complex which caused lot of discomfort for the first three days and then we had to shut all the doors to prevent mosquitoes from getting in. Definitely future clients need to keep this in mind and take precautions

Harry’s place was absolutely perfect for my best friend and me! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and secure thanks to the gated property. The location couldn’t be more ideal—everything is within walking distance, and the beach is literally right at your doorstep! The apartment itself was spotless, with a super cozy and welcoming vibe. The hot water was a dream after a day of exploring, and the balcony was such a charming spot to unwind. We rented a car, and the parking lot across the street made it so convenient. Harry was a fantastic host—super responsive, helped us carry our luggage, and even offered early check-in and check-out. He also shared tons of great local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. I would absolutely book again in a heartbeat!

From start to finish Carole was so helpful and accommodating. She met us at the property to give us a little tour and show us how everything works. She left a very detailed book of great recommendations. She even stocked the fridge with some American comfort foods as well as a few traditional French snacks. Im talking like eggs, baguette, sliced ham, cheese, Coca Cola, apple juice for the kiddos, coffee and water bottles. All so extremely helpful since we hadn’t yet gotten or rental car and our bearings yet and everyone was hungry/thirsty from 12 hours of flying. We have two kids ages 6 and 9 and there were some beach toys for the kids. The AC units were a refreshing break from the heat/humidity. All the bed linens and bath towels were clean (and I’m weird about using pillows/linens from hotels). The view from the patio is spectacular at all times of the day but especially sunset. The kids loved going to the lagoon edge and exploring the rocks. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous stay, very clean and well located apartment with restaurants nearby. Access to the pool, gym, laundry is very convenient. I highly recommend this place if you want to discover the island with peace of mind.

I should have paid more for this condo. If it is available just stop looking and just book. The beds were so comfortable. The ac was so cold. The host is why this island is called the friendly island. Not only did they accommodate my party last minute <after a pretty terrible experience at our first airbnb> but went above and beyond with taking care of us. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is even more breathtaking. Bonus for the gated condo; is right when you walk out the front door is the best pool. Also you can just walk across the street for groceries and just a slight more of a walk <2 min walk> is one of our favorite beach bars. The place is just spotless and the flow is perfect bc you aren't stuck in a tiny space cooking but you are part of the flow of the dining room and living room. It's such a quiet nice place and the people watching is fantastic. If ever back this is the only place to we will stay. The host communication was seamless and so friendly.

This condo was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and quiet! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There are numerous restaurants within 5 minutes walking as well as a bakery and little store. The host communicates well and quickly and we really enjoyed our stay!

Romain met us at the gate and escorted us to our condo. We loved the place right from the start. Especially impressive was sitting at the kitchen table drinking our coffee in the morning with a lovely open air view of the beach and bay with all types of boats and watercraft. He offered us many good suggestions for ocean beaches, places to get food and to have fun. This was our first time visiting St. Martin but hope to return. We highly recommend staying at Romain's condo. He truly is a super host and has a lovely place.
