Family-friendly vacation rentals in Örebro County

We had two fantastic weeks vacation with our two boys aged 4 and 2. The house is great. Spacious enough and you also feel inside that you are in Sweden. The garden around it is very big and the jacuzzi is lovely! It is completely quiet and you are really in the middle of the forest. Fifteen minutes walk or a few minutes away by car from the lake. The house is equipped with every comfort. Bernhard and Wioleta are super hosts. Very friendly and helpful and are waiting for you with everything. We were allowed to use the canoes at the lake and our youngest son who I was crazy about for trekkers with Bernhard on his tractor. Bernhard took us looking for moose (unfortunately nothing seen) and when they were away for a few days, we were allowed to remove the eggs from the chickens. All in all had a super vacation and we felt very welcome. We definitely recommend a holiday in one of Bernhard's houses!

Everything has been easy and very nice ever since we booked until we checked out. Both Johan and Linnea have been extremely accommodating and proactive in both communication and action. We all 17, children and adults, have had an amazing Christmas at Aspa Hergård. Highly recommend this, both host couple and stay. Thank you so much Tina&Einar, with children, and grandchildren. PS: In addition, we shared the property with the family who rented the manor. Now the grandchildren are convinced that the plot is for real 🤭

We had a great time at Bernhard's place. The house is beautiful, clean, with everything you need. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this house is perfect, wonderful outside among nature.

Our visit as a resident in the Pavilion. We were adults and children who stayed there to-sun. Large areas both inside and outside, clean and tidy, own large patio with large lawn for play. Sauna and wood fired sauna for about 4 people. Good parking next door, walking distance to fishing area and also to the bath with small beach, jetty and diving tower. Good communication with Johan before and upon arrival as well as was quickly available if we were missing anything during the stay. Cozy environment. We are 20 very happy guests who will surely come back. Top marks from us

Lovely house. Nice and quiet

The cottage was spacious, clean and well lit. The kitchen well equipped We spent 4 nights at the cottage and the view was amazing from the cottage. The area was quiet and calm. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from all busy schedules. Having a car was really advantageous for us to get around.

Second visit here - both times were perfect!

The house suited us (two adults, three children 7, 4 and 1 year old) very well. Cozy and the house has all amenities needed. Nice deck and large plot. We are very satisfied and everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly. We can definitely consider renting the house again in the future.

We have really enjoyed the afternoon and evening. Evening dip, barbecue night, nice host, more could not be asked.

It was beautiful at Miriam's place! The house is cozy, there is everything you need, the garden is large and versatile. The kids can play great, you can barbecue and make fire. Especially great is the proximity to the lake, the sauna and the kayaks... it was a relaxing week and we would love to come again! Thank you 😀

Beautiful location surrounded by nature. The hosts are very friendly and timely with their responses and help. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected which was a good thing. Nicely heated, all supplies available, clean and not expensive at all. Would recommend!

We had a great stay. The house is located at a beautiful lake. It's perfect for enjoying the swedish nature. Especially the sauna by the lake was our favorite. Odd was a great host, answering to any questions very fast.

A very pleasant house, private, quite large and yet very cozy! For me in a great place, easy to explore the area by car.

Incredibly nice and cozy accommodation in a lovely area. Great swimming area for both big and small within walking distance. Plenty of excursions within car distance. Annika was a perfect host who was quick and friendly in her communication and also provided us with tips on excursions and attractions nearby.

Beautiful little house with lots of privacy, super quiet, perfectly equipped with all one needs and very well maintained. One feels the love and attention to detail with which Eric and Karin renovated and furnished this place. Karin was very friendly and helpful before our arrival and during our stay and provided guidance for activities. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you Karin and Eric.

Each morning before breakfast we walked across the sunny lawn and the forest to the sandy beach of lake Viken, where we had our first swim of the day. The rest of the days we enjoyed the sunshine on the large terrace or went hiking or cycling. The house was very comfortable due to the windows on all sides, the view and the complete facilities of good quality. It merely felt as an house for permanent living rather than a holiday home. Ulrika is a very nice host: well communicating, quickly responding, friendly and flexible.

Gehr spacious living on a small yard. Had cat babies there who were ultra cute. Tip every Thursday is sauna on the lake
